Backstory It's been Sage's dream ever since she was eight to be a nurse/doctor so she could help people. Her biological mother died in childbirth and that's what caused her obsession with re-balancing the scales of life and death. Her biological father just walked away at the first sign of trouble with his wife so she was put up for adoption. She was adopted into a happy home with two surgeon parents and a big sister who became a lawyer.
