Colby kissed the back of my neck, before leaning up off of me. My legs sagged, without his body holding me up, so he picked up bridal style, and carried me to the bed. He leaned over me, his body shiny with sweat, and kissed me softly. "You have to get up and get dressed. You gotta go meet the girls, remember?" He chuckled quietly. I tried to glare at him but I didn't have the energy. "It's your fault," I said after a moment, when I was sure that I could form words again. "I can't walk now. You have to call them and tell that you've paralyzed me. I can't go. I'll have to get married in a wheelchair." He raised his eyebrows at me, and grabbed my phone off the dresser. I struggled to sit up quickly. "No!" I yelled. "Colby, don't you dare!" He wiggled his eyebrows at me, and backed away, holding the phone to his ear. "Hey Kat," I got a burst of energy from somewhere and jumped up off of the bed, running at him, trying to snatch my phone. "Yeah, it's Colby." Damn him for being taller than me. He put it on speaker and held it above his head. "Yeah, y/n can't come today. Her legs don't work anymore," "What? Is she okay?" I heard Kat's voice come through the small speaker. Colby laughed. "Kat, I'm getting dressed now. I'll be there soon." I yelled, as Colby pushed me back. "I paralyzed her by fuc--" I screamed, covering up what he was trying to say. He laughed even harder and brought my phone back down, allowing me to snatch it away. "Kat," I gasped out, breathless from fighting with Colby. "Uum, what is going on over there?" "Nothing. Colby's an ass." I replied, still panting. "I paralyzed her!" He yelled from behind me, making me jump. "He paralyzed you? Do I wanna know?" She asked, her voice sounding like she already did. "No, you don't. I'll be there soon. Love you!" I hung up quickly before Colby could say anything else. Turning to him, I grabbed my shirt off of the floor, and smacked him in the chest. "You are an absolute ass, Colby Brock!" I exclaimed, but I had a smile on my face. 'I can't believe you just did that!" His eyes turned all innocent on me. "What?" He asked, shrugging. "I was just telling her that you weren't feeling up to meeting them today." I rolled my eyes, and went back to the bed to grab my bra. He watched me while I got dressed again. "Will you stop?" I asked, feeling his eyes on me. "Stop what?" I huffed out a breath. How could he go from literally making me weak in the knees to annoying the shit out of me. "Stop staring at me." I brought my head up to meet his eyes, which were indeed staring at me. "Put some damn clothes on." He laughed again, and got some underwear out of the drawer, pulling them on, before he walked to the closet. I shook my head at his back, but couldn't help admiring the tattoos across his back and arms. "Would you stop?" He asked, his back still turned. "Stop what?" I hadn't said anything. He turned his head back to me, meeting my eyes. "Stop staring at me." He flashed me a big grin, and laughed. I laughed back, knowing that I had been caught. I finished getting dressed, and glanced over to Colby. Damn, he looked good. He was wearing his red plaid pants, with a black printed t-shirt, a beanie lying on the foot of our bed, waiting for him to dry his hair. Guess that means that he isn't styling it today. He slipped his rings onto his fingers, and a silver figaro chain over his neck. Damn. I shook my head and looked back at my own reflection in the mirror, dragging my fingers through my hair. Guess I was ready to go meet the girls. I kissed Colby goodbye, and skirted around him, as he tried to grab my waist, knowing that I was late enough. When I finally reached the coffee shop, Kat, Tara, Devyn, and Serena were all there, waiting on me. I blushed walking up to them, because I knew that Kat had already told them what had happened on the phone. Sure enough..."You're legs seem to be working okay?" Serena said, standing up and looking me up and down. "Don't start." I replied, smiling. "Paralyzed, huh? Damn, must have been a good morning." Kat said, laughter creeping through her voice. I sat down and groaned, burying my face in my hands. When I looked up, they were all smiling at me. "It's just so easy to embarrass your modest ass." Serena laughed at me. "Can we just go look at my dress please? I hate you all by the way." They laughed again, enjoying my mortification.  They teased me the entire way there, until I started going into detail about what happened. Then they shut up, not because they didn't want to hear it but because they did. Everyone I knew was a pervert. I shrugged and told them, pulling the bottom of my shirt up over my face, because I knew that I was blushing. "Holy shit." S exclaimed, her eyes wide. "What got into him?" I pulled my shirt back down, and shook my head. "I have no idea." We finally arrived at the store, and walked into the little shop. I never would have noticed it on my own. The name of the store was printed on the front of the large glass window in in calligraphy. It read simply "Dreams." Seemed appropriate actually. The inside of the store was very classy, and but more old school classy, instead of upscale stuck up classy. The white couches placed in front of the big mirror, were plump and welcoming. Mostly everything in the store was white, but Serena walked up to the little old lady at the counter. "Hello." She smiled warmly at us. "How can I help you beautiful women today?"
