Chapter17: nationals

(Sebastian)
The day came. The warblers were about to perform. I was really nervous. I mean this is my first year at nationals.

"Can't believe it! Our last year and we go to Nationals!"
Wes said as David laughed. I was actually going to miss these two.

I mean sure,throughout the year we never really talked. They called out the warblers and we got ready. Klaine opened it doing a song called candles.

Sebastian:

Once we finished they didn't go as crazy as they did during Regionals. We waited as two more groups performed.

What felt like hours when the bored was up. Me and Blaine went to go see who made the top 10.

"Sebastian."
Blaine said as I turned my attention to him. We were in line waiting to see if we made it or not.
"No matter what happens know we did our best."

I nodded as I pushed past people,dragging Blaine with me. We managed to get to the bored. All of a sudden I just couldn't look.

Blaine took one for the time as I waited for a few minutes. We got out of the crowd. He didn't say anything till we got back to the group.

"Well??"
Jeff asked,you could tell he wasn't nervous but excited. That boy has a ton of energy so it didn't surprise me.

"We made it! 4th place!!"
We all cheered and celebrated. It didn't matter to us that we technically lost. All that mattered was we made it.

We made it to Nationals,we made it to the top five! The door opened as I turned to see the face I missed and loved.

Everyone was silent as I ran to the woman I love. My soul mate. As if on cue we kissed and fireworks lit up inside of me.

I truly loved this feeling,the feeling of the electricity coming back along with the fireworks.

Once we parted I had the biggest smile on my face. Gosh I missed her so much. I mean it's only been a week,but this week was starting to feel like a month.

Warblers were either talking congratulating each other or cheering for me and Santana. Hunter hugged Santana as Jeff fist bumped me.

"That was...so romantic."
Blaine acted as we all laughed. I slightly blushed and smiled at Santana.
"I love you Sebastian Oliver Allen Smythe."
"I love you more Santana Diabla Lopez Allen Smythe."
