Heads up from the author. This is the longest chapter because it's the opening. Enjoy!

There goes the bell for period 1, great, science it is I guess. No one knows what's gonna happen next in this hellish school. Either the bullies or the teachers are after you. But in Shayna's case, it's both.

I bet you're wondering who's Shayna! Hmm, other than a loner who secretly has a bit of darkness in her, she's just an average person who shouldn't be picked on. But that's why people are picked on because they are average. At least that's how it works in Queens, New York.

Here we start in the science classroom 4B. As Shayna gets her science book out, she is pushed over by an unwelcoming group of girls, all led by the typical trailer trash, mean girl, courtesy of the US. Nikki.

"Out of the way, receding hairline!"That sentence, it's self was enough to infuriate Shayna, but she took a deep breath, tried to ignore it, and walked over to her desk to sit down. She is soon joined by the awkward looking, both straps on his shoulders, hunched over, baggy t-shirt. Louie, Shayna's only friend. He was about 4'11 and had messy, curly hair.

"Mornin' Shayna!" He says and smiles.

"UGH, not a good one I'd say" She replies then looks over at the girls across the class, laughing at her.

"Well, clearly you're still not gonna report them.."

"And what's the school gonna do? Hmm maybe let them off with a warning, ya that'll teach em!" She says a bit too sarcastically. Louie awkwardly laughs.

"I guess you're right..."He says after a long pause. Suddenly the teacher walks in, seeming unamused by everyone talking. "Alright everyone, open your books to page 93!" she screams.

"Okay, ionic bonding...can someone tell me what it is!"And suddenly everyone goes silent. That's until the smirking Nikki puts up her hand and shouts.

"Does something smell here? Oh, wait, sorry Shay! Didn't mean to offend or anything but like I guess it's just, I'm not used to hair not being washed for like 2 weeks, maybe you should at least use conditioner with that ugly ass-"

"Miss Turner!"The teacher shouts again.

"Any comments, Shayna?"She says as her friends laugh with her. Shayna is starting to stress, she is getting tense and Louie starts to get worried.

"Miss Turner! To the principal's office!"

"-So sorry I hurt your PATHETIC feelings, Shay!"And with that sentence was the final straw, Shayna snaped.

"SHUT UP!" She screams.

"Both of you, principal's office! NOW!" and as quick as they were sent the quicker they left the room. They both looked pissed at each other, all for the wrong reasons. They then walk in and the principal looks at them then rolls his eyes.

"So what's it this time, Miss Turner..I bet you disrupted the lesson again, eh?...And Miss Hemming, this is quite a surprise...I wouldn't expect this from you"

"She-she was being mean to me after I complemented her!" Nikki says, to Shayna's surprise, whilst pretending to cry. That made Shayna lose it.

"Oh my god! Are you kidding ?! That's it! You wanna know something, sir? She's been bullying for 2 years now and for no damn reason! Sir! Believe me! She's lying you don't know how much she's made me suffer-"

"Wow! Are you kidding rn?!! Oh okay! Wow! So now u play victim?! U little-!"

"Both of you stop!" The principal screams "detention, an hour after school! Both of you! Okay? Good" He sighs "Now out of my office!"and as quick as they went in they left. Let's just cut forward to after school and save you the boredom, it was during Shayna's detention that she was convinced she had to do something. She was too scared to do it alone, but maybe...She could trick Louie into joining her. He was her best friend and she couldn't do it without him. She decided to take action.
