Justin's pov
"Justin look at me I know you don't want to do this. Listen to me Andrew was your baby do you really want to do this?" Leston asks me while holding my wrists as I looked at him. All I wanted to do was cry.
"No I don't and I won't" I say as I hold the only picture I have of my baby.
"Really Justin?" I looked over at Terrance
"Yes really look I love you, but I am not going to burn the only picture that I have of my baby" I say
"Alright then it's me or her" he says
"Her who?" I ask him
"Elizabeth" he says
Terrance that's not fair" I say as I put the picture and lighter in my back pocket.
"What's not fair is how much more you care for her than you do for me" he tells me as I see a black mustang pull up. Thank god it's not Jason.
"You know that's not true Terrance" I say
"Then choose between us" he says.
"I can't do that it's not fair to me why can't I choose you both?" I ask him
"I don't know" is all he says
"Well let me know when you figure it out" I say as I walk off. I headed back towards the dorms and on my way I saw Elizabeth.
"Did you really burn it?" I hear her ask me
"No I didn't burn it I couldn't do it he's my baby boy" I say as I pull the picture out and look at it.
"Despite what he said our baby would have been cute" She says as she walks off
I walked inside and headed up the stairs to my room. I got to my door and walked inside.
"Hey" I hear someone say as I slipped my hoodie off. I jumped and turned around to see Alexandria.
"Hey Alexandria what are you doing in here?" I ask her.
"Just wanted to keep you company" she says
"Oh that's really sweet, but I don't really have the time for company I have a lot of stuff to do" I say
"So will you please go?" I ask her
"Fine whatever" she says getting up and leaving my room
"Thank you Jesus" I say as I fell back on my bed.
"Hey mind if I join you?" I looked over at the door to see Jason.
"Yeah come on in" I say as he laid next to me
"So I'm assuming that you had a fight with Terrance" he says as I turn to look at him
"How did you know?" i ask him
"Just had a hunch and I figured it was over Elizabeth" he says as he looks at me
"Yeah it uh was and I don't know what's wrong with me Jase" I tell him
"You love her" he says
"I don't know love is a strong word besides I can tell that she really does like you and you're probably better for her than I am" I say as I sit up and rest my elbows on my knees
"Jay you don't know that and besides it could never work for her and me because of my job and the other things that I've done in my life it wouldn't be safe for her" he tells me
"Jase what do you mean?" I ask him as he sat up next to me
"Justin I'm not the same Jason you knew growing up I've done some pretty cruel things" he tells me
"Okay like what?" I ask him and he rose to his feet
"It's just if I ever decide to be with someone they would never be safe Jay because I'm a-" he got cut off by the knocking at the door
"Come in" I say as the door opened to reveal a man I've never seen before
"Alfredo" Jason says
"Boss your needed at the-"
"I'll be on my way just tell everyone not to go anywhere until I get there" he says as Alfredo leaves
"So your a boss? Of what?" I ask him
"Justin I swore that I would never tell anyone, but I'm à gang leader and I have to go" he says walking out the door while shutting it behind him
I fell back on my bed and let out an aggravated breath.
Elizabeth's pov
Jesus! What does everyone want from me? Please help me tell me what I should do please just give me a sign of something. I say looking up at the sky through my window. Then there was a knock at my door. I looked up at the sky and back at the door. I got up and walked over to the door.
"Hi" is all they say
"Do I know you?" I ask them
"Oh I'm a friend of Jason's he asked me to come and get you" the man tells me
"Really? I uh don't understand if he wants me then why didn't he come and get me himself?" I ask him
"Look you're not making my job any easier" he says
"Well I'm sorry, but I'm not going anywhere I have somewhere to be in the morning" I say shutting my door.
"You mean like at a recording studio?" He asks me
I froze and didn't say a word. I pressed the lock on my door and walked into my bathroom. I put my phone on vibrate and I locked the door.
Okay don't panic maybe he'll go away. Oh who am I kidding this guy isn't gonna leave. I felt my phone buzz in my hand. It was a text.
Jason: hey whatever you do don't answer your door alright
Liz:it's a little late for that there's a man here asking me to leave with him because you asked him to bring me to you
Jason: no where are you right now?
Liz: in my bathroom I locked the door
Jason: stay there until I say you can come out
I heard my door open and two men talking
"Where did she go?" One of them says as I. turned my phone on silent.
"She's here somewhere she couldnt have gone far" the other says
"You two wanna dance?" Jason
"McCann what are you doing here?" One of them asks him
"Getting you two the hell out of here or do I have to do it my way?"
They didn't say anything then I heard a window break and something hit the floor. I covered my ears and prayed to god that everything is gonna be alright.
"Elizabeth you can come out now it's safe" Jason tells me
I didn't move I stayed where I was and I heard the door unlock. Then I heard the switch.
"Elizabeth look at me" he says as I opened my eyes to look at him.
"Who were they?" I ask him my voice cracking
"Just some people you don't have to worry about them anymore I promise" he tells me as I stared back at him
"Were they go-going to hurt me?" I ask him
"As long as I'm around no one's going to hurt you" he tells me.
