I was finally able to breath.
"Thanks," I gasped.
Colin laughed a little. "You're welcome. Aladdin told me to check on you."
"Did he send you all the way down here for little ole me?"
He laughed at my sarcasm and the accent in my voice. "Lol, Clay invited me and my parents said I could drive 8 hours here.
I smiled and nodded.
Colin took out his phone and texted someone back. I couldn't see who he was texting. Maybe his girlfriend or something?
"You're much prettier in person," he muttered and stared into my eyes.
I bit my lip as he tucked some hair behind my ear. This is so wrong, but I don't wanna make him feel uncomfortable.
"I'm sorry, don't tell Aladdin I did that. That wrong and he'll kill me if he finds out."
I laughed. "I won't."
So we walked through the house together. More people talked to me and laughed with me.
I was glad to know that people still knew me. Hopefully they'd like to be my friends again.
