Snorting she retaliats, "Or I one who could be so stupid." Merlin halted in his steps turning around mouthing 'stupid.'

Not wanting the argument to end she addresses him again, "Tell me, Merlin, do you know how to walk on your knees?"

"No." He said, shaking his head.

Nodding her head now interested on how it all would play out. "Would you like me to help you?" she offered smiling widely as she took a step towards him.

"I wouldn't if I were you." He warned taking a step back as a small but sure cocky smile spread across his thin lips.

Artura chuckled looking around. She knew better than to judge people based on their appearances especially when her likewise is so ascue. "Why? What are you going to do to me?"

Merlin chuckled back allowing his smile to grow into a grin. "You have no idea."

"Be my guest! Come on! Come on! Come oooooon." Artura said leading him on. Merlin takes a deep breath, letting his arm swing towards her jaw. Artura dodged the punch and grabbed his arm twisting it behind his back.

All the knights gasped at Merlin's actions. Artura on the other hand enjoyed it, but also knew she couldn't allow such a thing to be taken so lightly. He did attack her even if he knew not who she was. She leaned forward so her mouth was by his ear as she informed him, "I'll have you thrown in jail for that."

Merlin struggled against her grip rolling his eyes. "What, who do you think you are? The King?"

Artura let out a scoff replying, "No. I'm his son, Arthur." Then in one swift motion she knock Merlin's knees from under him. Guards come up and grab Merlin, once she had taken a step away from him.

She watched as Merlin left his head was down staring at the ground and he put up no fight. Sighing she knew she would have to make sure that Merlin didn't get to harsh of punishment.

Merlin slept uncomfortable but still grateful to be alive. As he fell asleep he heard the voice once again calling him. He ignores the voice at first fall deep into sleep.

"Merlin... Merlin..." the voice loudly whispered, Merlin sprung awake looking for the voice that had been calling for him. Thinking the voice was from under him, he got off the bed placing his ear to the floor. "Merlin..."

Confused Merlin sweeps the ground searching for the voice wondering how funny he might look. "Merlin!" a new voice cries but not from the floor. Looking up he finds Gaius walking into his cell. Merlin smiles sheepishly sitting back on his cot.

The door to the cell clicked and in walked a disappointed Gaius. "You never cease to amaze me! The one thing that someone like you should do is keep your head down, and what do you do? You behave like an idiot." Gaius sighs lecturing Merlin. Merlin sat in the cot inside the prison jail he was still shocked the knight was Uther's son but the more he thought of Arthur's actions it made sense.

Rubbing the sides of his facing looking down he said, "I'm sorry."

Gaius chuckled patting him on the back as he sat down.

"You're lucky you know that. I managed to pull a few strings to get you released." Gaius said smiling at Merlin.

Merlin looked up at Gaius surprised and relieved. "Oh, thank you! Thank you!" Gaius returns his excitement with a disappointed look shaking his head. "This will not be forgotten," Merlin promised standing up.

Gaius stood Merlin helping him. "Well, there is a small price to pay." Merlin waved it off giving him a big hug. Gaius chuckled before leaving the cell.

Merlin let his hand lean against the hard wooden stocks as he started his fan head on. A little girl winded up throwing her rotten fruit as his face. Merlin turned to Gaius as he got pelted by a one of the fruits. "Oh, no." Gaius did nothing to help, he did laugh at Merlin satisfied with his punishment. "Thanks!"

The children turned away having nothing else to throw at him. Sighing in relief as he got a break from the rotten fruit and veggie reign.

A young woman that looked around Merlin's age approaches him with no fruit in hand. She reached out a hand smiling sweetly, "I'm Guinevere, but most people call me Gwen. I'm the Lady Morgana's maid."

Merlin nods introducing himself, "Right. I'm Merlin." He went to extend his hand to shake Gwens hand only for the stock to sleaze his arm restricting him from extending it to shake her hand. Gwen chuckled taking a step closer shaking his hand. "Although, most people just call me Idiot."

Gwen shook her head vigorously, "No, no, no. I saw what you did. It was so brave." She sent him an admiring smile.

Merlin smiled but shaking his head saying, "It was stupid."

"Well, I'm glad you walked away. You weren't going to beat him." Gwen said biting her lip.

Merlin looked taken aback snorting, "Oh, I- I can beat him."

Gwen raised her eyebrow surprised at his confidence. "You think? Because you don't look like one of these big, muscle-y kind of fellows."

"Neither did he," Merlin argued before sighing. "Thanks."

Her eyes widened waving her hand a little as if to swipe away her earlier comment. "No! No, I'm sure you're stronger than you look. It's just, erm... Arthur's one of these real rough, tough, save the world kind of men, and... well..."

Merlin gasped and if he had his hand free he probably would have placed on his heart. "What?"

"It-it's just you don't look like that." Gwen countered.

Merlin glanced around before waving for her to come closer. Gwen took a step closer also glancing around before placing her fave at his level. "I'm in disguise." Merlin whispered winking.

Laughing she stood back up smiling at him, "Well, it's great you stood up to him."

Bewildered Merlin asks, "What? You think so?"

"Arthur's a bully, and everyone thought you were a real hero." Gwen said nodding.

Allowing a cocky smile crosses his have he raises the eyebrows a little. "Oh, yeah?"

Gwen nods again humming, "Mm-hmm."

The children came back from earlier with a couple baskets of rotten fruit. "Oh, excuse me, Guinevere. My fans are waiting." Gwen glances over at his said 'fans' chuckling before turning around as they chucked the fruit as hard as they could at him.

A.N: Thanks for continuing to read. I was planning a doing three chapters but once again it was just to long and I didn't split it up well.

Issue number two: Arthur is buff and beefy. A girl can be both but would have a different physique.

Should she have been taking some weird potion from Gaius that gives her the appearance of a boy?
