Chapter twelve

HARMONY'S POV:

I am officially married now. After the reception, Adrain and I went to our new house which was apparently a wedding gift from his parents and mine. I cried a lot when saying goodbye to my parents and Meg.
   "Promise me you will call everyday" she sobbed in my arms.
  "I promise. Stop acting like I'm gonna die, you can come visit anytime and I'll visit as well" we were both a crying mess.

The car ride was awkward. Adrain barely spoke a word ever since he said I do. I couldn't help but think about when the priest said 'you may kiss your bride' . I was so nervous but smart Adrain kissed my cheek. His lips were the softest thing I have ever felt. But, deep inside I felt disappointed that he didn't kiss my lips. Well I guess I'll probably die a virgin then

We got to the house more like a mansion. Gosh are we expected to live here alone?. Adrain was about walking inside when I shouted
  "Wait!!" I gestured with my hands for him to stop. He turned around and glared at me
   "What the fuck do you want?" He ask angrily
  "I thought I made it clear that I'm not your cliche type of wife who is left behind on her wedding night at the door" I walked up to him "get the bags" I was walking to the door when he dragged me back
   "I'm not your puppet" he snarled. He was about to walk away when I hugged him from behind.
   "Let go of me this instant" he tried yanking my arms off but, I held him tight
  "If you don't get my bags, we'll sleep outside tonight" he finally stopped struggling. I guess he doesn't want to sleep outside. He freed himself from my grasp. I thought he was going inside but, he carried my bag and marched inside while I followed suit smiling to myself.

The house was enormous and the interior was so extravagant. Their were already maids in the house and one of them took my bags from Adrain. I was still admiring every detail of the house when the maid asked if she can show me to my room. I followed her into a beautiful room with gold interior but Adrain was no where to be seen. Did that asshole ditch me?

  "What's your name?" I asked the maid setting my clothes and stuff in the wardrobe. I let her because I was too exhausted
  "Gwen, madam" she said bowing. Wow I don't like that
  "Look Gwen, we are probably age mates so, you don't have to bow or call me madam. You can call me Harmony" it makes me feel like a spoilt brat
  "Yes ma.. I mean Harmony" I smiled at her
  "So where's Adrain?" The question I've been meaning to ask since I entered the room
  "Sir is in the bedroom down the hall." What? We have separate bedrooms. Yeah, I forgot he hates me. I think it's for the best though, the idea of sharing a room together is unsettling.

I went to the closet to take off my wedding dress. My shoes has long been forgotten. I removed it at the reception.
  "Mam... I mean Harmony, would you like me to set the bathtub for you?" Gwen asked me while helping me to unzip my dress
  "No, I'll manage. Thank you" it's late she should go and rest already.

After having my bath, I put on my favorite SpongeBob SquarePants pyjamas and jumped on my bed. It was so comfy but, I couldn't sleep and I felt bored. I was tossing and turning when an idea popped into my head. I looked at the time and it was just 9pm. Who sleeps by 9pm in New York or any part of the world for that matter? I left my room and ventured into Adrain's room.

The interior was warm and black. I guess he loves black a lot. I found him wearing a dress shirt lying peacefully on the bed. How can he sleep when I can't. I jumped on the bed and screamed my lungs out. He jumped out of the bed frightened assessing his surroundings only to find me laughing my ass off.

  "What the fuck are you doing here" he shouted. I ignored him and started jumping on the bed. It was so bouncy
    "Get down right now" he shouted at me
  "Oh calm down will you, I'm bored and I can't sleep" I said sitting on his bed folding my legs
  "And how is that my problem?" He asked getting mad for no reason
  "I want you to entertain me till I fall asleep" he sighed
"I've had enough of you today, now get out of my room" awww he looked so cute begging but no
"If you don't entertain me, you won't sleep" he tried going to the door to leave the room but, while coming in, I locked us inside.
  "Looking for this" I said dangling the key in the air.
"Give me that" he walked up to me trying to get it. I immediately shoved it inside my top.
"Don't make me get it from you" he said looking at my breast.
"You wouldn't dare" I smiled but that immediately faded away when he lunged at me. I was caught off guard and we both end up falling on the bed with him on top of me
