Chapter 22- Abduction

As, Jereff kept standing in his place, Jackson and the other men, marched out of the hideout.

As, the men came out of the hideout, the black shiny pulled over at the gate. Jackson saw the car and ran towards the back seat, hoping to find Sarah inside, with a concern in face. But, his face turned to dismay followed by anger to find an empty black seat. He turned his heel and stormed at Rose, who was standing at a corner, head bowed down.

Jackson: I told you to take care of her. WHERE IS SHE?

Rose spoke in a submissive tone, her head bowed down: I failed you. Our car was blocked by an unexpected traffic congestion. When we reached the school, she wasn't there.
Jackson: NO!

He screamed as he placed a hard punch on the glass sheild of the car, as he kept crashing his fist to the sheild.

Rose: Boss, we found this.

Jackson turned his heel, and looked at the piece of paper, as Raven forwarded it towards him.

Jackson frowned: Who gave you this?

Raven: No one, it was tucked on the main gate of the campus.

Jackson looked into the paper which said, " Call in this number, if you want her alive." He hastily pulled out his phone, and dialed the number. A hoarse voice spoke out from the other end.

"Claros, I was waiting to listen to your voice."

Jackson: Chuck that small talk. Who are you? Where is she?

"For now, I name myself, Anonymous. And, your angel is safe and sound with me. I must say, she is a sweet little kid."

Jackson: Maybe, you have no idea, who you are talking to, right now and who you are messing up with. You touch a single hair on her, I swear, I'll search you, from anywhere, you may be hiding, and you don't want to know the consequences.

"Fiesty, for sure. You know? If I was you, I would have taken the smarter way, without causing any harm to anyone. Yeah, obviously if you don't have death wishes, for this kid."

Jackson: ........JUST TELL ME, WHAT YOU WANT...

"Now, you are talking. I'll send you an address through this number of yours and you will reach there within an hour."

Jackson: ........we will be there. Just don't....

"uh uh uh! I did not finish, I want you alone. Remember, no plans, no devices, no funny tricks. Just you. I hope it is loud and clear."

Jackson spoke biting his teeth:.....your threat won't go for long.

"No funny business, Claros. We have our eyes seductively watching your every move, and it won't bother "fucking you, up". One mistake, and you lose her."

Jackson takes a deep breath, deeply looking towards the ground, as the phone hangs up from the other end.

Marc: Who was that?

Jackson: They have Sarah and they want me alone.

Marc moves his head in denial: We are not letting you go alone.

Jackson: We can't help. All you guys can do is, track me. I'll get the tracking device inside my skin. If you see me somewhere for more time, well........I'll explain everything. And yeah, don't let Jereff know, about the abduction. He won't take it easily.

Marc: What are we going to tell him?

Jackson: Nothing. He should not get any hint. I'm going to get her back, even if that costs my life.

Marc: But..

Jackson: Sedate him, if nothing works.

Jackson takes out his gun, takes Marc's hand and places the gun into his palm, as he kept looking at Jackson, cluelessly.

Marc: Boss.....

Jackson: That's my order.

Marc: We don't even know, who these people are? And what they want?

Jackson:......I have got this covered..

Jackson jumped into his car, and raced out of the place. After, an hour, he pulled near an abondoned building, worn out in a manner, it seemed to be left decades ago, leaving no one to take care of the place. It was covered by wild plantations and huge old trees, turning the place relatively darker than the sky. But, none of them bothered Jackson. He came out of the car and without a second thought, he rushed inside the dark alley, leading to a worn out hall of the building. He kept screaming her name, scanning through the perimeter of the building. As, suddenly a silhouette appeared from behind, and he sensed it. Before, he could act, a thick log hit the back of his head. Along with a heavy burning sensation, everything blacked out in front of his eyes.
