"But- but Em said the guy was going to hit you and-and he-" Ace starts to ramble

"Ace shut up, we're fine" I cut him off before he. An ramble anymore

"Why do you have blood on your leg?" Colton questions

"Caleb went overboard" I tell them, gesturing to Caleb who was grinning at them proudly. It wasn't a real grin, his eyes didn't light up like they normally did. God, why do I even care? I'm supposed to still be mad at him.

"Who was it? Williams?" Arrex questions Caleb who nods in response

"Good he's a fucking dick" Arrex scoffs

"Here I got you two ice packs" Em says,coming in from the garage

I lift my right hand to see it's now purple, swollen and I can't move my fingers

"Belle your hand is broken," Caleb says, as he takes my hand to examine it

"I'm fine," I state harshly as I snap my hand away from his.

"You need to go to the hospital, could need a cast" he says, slightly clinching from my reaction. He knew I was pissed, I wasn't even trying to hide it anymore.

"No I don't" I tell him

"You both need to go to the hospital, you both broke your hand" Arrex and Emma both snap

"No I'm fine" Caleb says,

"No let's go, I'll drive" Arrex says grabbing his keys

"And do not take the ice packs off your hands" Beck orders

"Yes mom" I roll my eyes, making Caleb laugh lightly

"GUYS WE'RE GOING TO THE HOSPITAL!" Arrex yells down to the guys in the basement

"OKAY SEE YOU LATER!" Tyler yells back

"Caleb Archer Kazer!" I hear Kay's familiar shrill through the ER waiting room

"Hehe...Archer" I mumble, obviously
amused at the 'middle name's declaration. You knew Kay was pissed when she got the middle name out.

"Whatever Ryanne!" He mocks me, while sending a quick glare before his mom approaches

"Caleb what the hell?!" Kay Yells at him

"Hi mama" he smiles sweetly at her

"Oh do not 'hi mama' me, you're in some deep shit" she snaps at him before turning to me

"Bailey Ryanne! What the hell did you two do?! I was called away from a patient only to hear my son and friends were here?!" She continues to yell at us, not caring about those around us

"Okay we can explain, can we just go back into a room?" Caleb questions

"You better have a good explanation as to why you two went fuckin Bonnie and Clyde mode" she scoffs as we are pushed through a door and lead into a back examination room

"Okay speak" her authoritarian voice coming through as Caleb and I sit side by side on the hospital bed

"Okay so last night at the football game, there was a guy, and he was playing dirty. Like super dirty. He had a hit so bad that one of our kids won't be able to play for the next two weeks. then in the last quarter, there was a clear pass interefecance and he hit Beck, hard. it was a pretty bad hit, all of us thought he had a concussion at least. So I kinda lost my marbles and freaked out" I start before Caleb jumps in

"Long story short, after a lot of yelling from her, they reviewed the play and eventually called it a pass interference. The kid, Williams, ended up getting suspended." He finished
