Dear reader,

Thank you for giving my book a chance! A few things before we start the story:

- Nathan is four years older than June. I know some people think that's a big gap, so I wanted to mention it. This story is a slow burn and will take place over the span of a couple of years. They will start out as friends - romance might ensue as she gets older! There will be NO sex scenes.

- Cerebral palsy is caused by a lack of oxygen before, during, or three years after birth. This means CP is essentially brain damage, so for each person the consequences will be different, depending on how much and which parts of the brain are damaged. June is only affected physically; her mental capabilities are in no way harmed, as are those of most people with CP. (Also, I have CP myself and have based June's abilities on my own).

- There'll be a small mention of suicide, but not in relation to the main characters.

- TW for ableism, racism, a sexual harassment incident, profanity, casual underage drinking, and mental health issues.

- English isn't my native language. If you spot any mistakes, please tell me. Also, I'm not very great at Spanish either.

- While tips are always welcome, I prefer to only get critiques from people I personally asked for one. I'm aware I messed up the way law school works in the US, but fixing it would require rewriting half of the novel.

- The book was completed on May 16, 2020.

- I love getting comments and votes!

I hope you'll enjoy this unusual love story. It's a slow burn, so patience is needed.

Love,

Erin
