So, this is an extension off of the last chapter. A lot of people don't know how to write good ADHD characters, often playing the mind wandering at an inopportune time for laughs.

More likely, in a life threatening situation, I will probably go into hyper focus because that's what I need to survive, for example, I once slipped off of the edge of a walking trail and was most focused on getting back on the trail then anything else, despite the scorching heat and blood. Only after I had gotten back on my feet with some help, I worried about the cuts on my hands and that I had dropped a few water bottles. My mind wanders after the threat. I get distracted when I'm bored, not when my friend is sickly pale and bleeding out. I don't care how much I want a pop tart.
