To the audience at her concert, kids did pretty good. The adults need to look up basic etiquette like not shouting, kicking people's chairs, and answering the phone. In defense of the lady who answered the phone, I don't believe she was an English speaker and from her tone, it seemed as if she was trying to tell the person on the other end that she needed to hang up.
