2-First day

'Beep, Beep'

My phone's alarm went out. I swiped across the screen with my own wallpaper.
But failed to wake up.

"Get your lazy ass up, you're gonna get late," Seohyun shouted since she was neatly dressed in her university outfit and I was still enjoying my nth dream.

She wore a grey over-sized sweater with black ripped jeans and a pair of converse.
Her blonde hair accompanied her shoulders giving a soft look.

"oh shit," i gasped to myself as I advanced towards the washroom and wore my blue turtle neck with denim jeans .

I brushed my hair into a high pony tail and went off to college.
Turned out, my college and Seohyun's uni were merged which meant that she could come and meet me at intervals
(not what I planned exactly)

I entered my class which had the board A2M1.

"May i come in?" i asked for permission from the tall teacher in the ongoing class.

I looked down at my feet and noticed that I was wearing slippers

'Dang it!'

What a good start to a day

"Yes, miss you may come in. This is a new student who will introduce herself shortly,"
Stated Sir Seungmin as he lowered his glasses.

"Hi. I'm Jung Eunha and I'm from LA"

A paper ball suddenly came flying right onto my head and I paused in embarrassment as there was a wave of laughter and cheers engulfing the entire classroom.

I stood at my spot in misery as Sir Seungmin offered me with a bit of concern on his face, ignoring the teasing classmates since maybe, they were used to doing this to newbies, annoying.

"Go sit next to Minho, Eunha," Sir Seungmin motioned his arm towards the vacant seat.

Minho. The name sounded so familiar until I remembered.

Damn, it's the same guy I ran into at the airport the other day. I couldn't help but flush the mixture of emotions that could take over me when the flashback struck me like a train.

Whiffing off the frenzy of thoughts, I shook myself and took a seat next to Minho, closely scanning his side profile, faced towards his Biology book, patiently.

His lashes were so long and beautiful, they could hold a match stick easily if it came to attributing them.

What really bothered me now was that,

'didn't he recognise me??'

Was I so non-existent. It hurt me for no good reason but then i continued with class after clicking my tongue.

Throughout the day, he didn't utter a single word to me but said thankyou after i picked up a pencil he dropped.

Well Minho wasn't the only one in the class after all.

As the bell rang, I started packing up my stuff until I noticed a moderately tall figure stand beside my desk. It was a girl with delicate features who met my gaze.

She was cute.

"Hi I'm Minji. wanna hang out today?" she asked in an ever so welcoming voice.

"Sure, why not" I thought to myself that the day wasn't so bad.
This could be my first friend so I didn't hesitate turning her down, offering a shy smile.

We walked out of class.

"So, how was your first day?" she asked playfully out of curiosity.

"Umm... It was okay-ish, you know first days are not always as you want them to be" i gave a fake smile, shaking off my nervousness.

"Yeah they are..." She said as she noticed my dog slippers.

"HEY WHAT ARE THOSE!!?"
Announced Jeongin as there were cackles of laughter all across the cafeteria.

Minji couldn't help but look at my agonized expression and my beet red face, looking downwards as if I could change the shoes by staring at them for a little longer.

"Ya! Jeonginaah, you don't do that to new comers"
Demanded a different voice.
