Gert, Luna, and Molly spotted their friends talking in a group in front of the school. They had arrived at school earlier than normal to help Luna unload supplies from the car for the brunette's open house art show and walk them all the way to the assembly hall the event was going to be held in. The three walk out of the school towards their four friends, and the two girls standing on either side of Luna who looked extra sharp for Open House.
"Isn't this adorbs! You kids planning a big double date? What do the kids do for fun these days?" Gert sarcastically says slightly turning to Luna making her chuckle before speaking up in the same tone as Gert
"Maybe an escape room? Karaoke? Are movie dates still a thing?"
"No one is planning a date" Nico responds quickly while shaking her head
"Escape room does sound sick, though" Chase say with a smile while looking at Luna whose blue eyes were trying to look anywhere but his
"If it means escaping from here," Karolina says not wanting to spend her day at school which soon would include all of their parents in one place
"Speak for your self" Luna mumbles as open house for her was one of her favorite school events.
Luna was not about to let any drama or secrets ruin that for her. Especially since she woke up extra early to do her eyeliner that was one sharp black like and on top was a complimentary silver line that matched her outfit of light denim jeans, her mothers necklace, white platform sneakers, and a white long-sleeved collared shirt and over was a black one-sleeved jacket that was tucked into her jeans.
"Woah, zinger! Karolina, you should sign up for the school improv troupe" Gert remarks as she was slightly mad at the girl after Luna told her what Karolina had said about her mom
"Guys we're supposed to be taking on our parents, not each other" Alex brings up not liking that there was tension in the group
"Well what's happening with the video data?" Chase asks as last they knew they had the video data but no access yet
"I'm still working on it. Its harder to unlock than I thought, and now my parents are on my ass" Alex says as he knew it was going to be hard to unlock but he though this algorithm would decrease the waiting period to at hours and not more than a day
"Yeah, mine too" Gert responds as her parents had become more nosy than normal
"Do you think they know?" Karolina questions wondering if that was the reason their parents had taken a sudden interest in their lives
"I'm not sure how," Alex says making Molly accidentally drop the DNA model that she had been spinning in her hands. Once the model touched the pavement it broke into two while some pieces fell out of its order
"It's okay. We can put it back together." Nico says as she leans down to help Molly picks up the broken model but Molly picks it all up by her self
