—the next morning

you opened your eyes, finding yourself asleep in jungkook's arms.

you snuggled up in his chest and he looks at you, "are you awake yet?" he whispered.

you hummed back in response, "good morning." he said.

"morning." you said and played with the hem of his shirt.

jungkook's face flushed, he stared at you as you got up to head to the bathroom.

"kook-ah!!!" you shouted.

"yeah?!" he shouted back from upstairs.

"i made you breakfast come eat!!"

"coming!" he said and you heard footsteps down the stairs.

"i'm hungryyy" he said and stood beside you.

"your food is on the table!" you pointed at the table.

"oh, okay!" he said and sat down.

you sat down in front of him and stared at him.

"what?" he asked shyly.

"aren't you going to talk to your father?" you asked.

"n-no.." he looked down.

you held his hands, "it's better if you forgive him jungkook, he seemed so upset yesterday."

"but i-i don't want to.." he wanted to remove his hands from yours, but he just couldn't.

"wouldn't you wanna fix the relationships between you two?"

"no. i'm fine without him." he said and pulled his hands away from yours.

you sighed silently and sat back straight.

he would kept glancing at you while you two ate.

"y/n..." jungkook said and looked at you.

"yeah?" you said with your eyes fixed on the television screen.

"do i really have to forgive him..?" you looked at him once he said that.

"yes, of course. if you do you and your father will be really happy." you said.

"but i-.." he took a deep breath.

"call him okay? tell him you want to meet or something." he nodded and got up.

-25 minutes later

jungkook came back to the living room, dumbfounded.

"so? how did it go?" you asked.

"he said he wants to meet me at a café.." he said while staring at the floor.

"then go change! quick!" you pushed him and he started heading towards the bedroom.

he came out wearing a shirt and pants, "i'm nervous.." he whines and starts tapping his foot.

you got up and headed towards him, giving him a hug.

"do you want me to come?"

"no.. you stay here.. okay?" he looked at you.

"okay, have fun!" you said as he started walking towards the front door.

"i won't!" he shouted then closed the door after him.
