Your POV:

You found it quite odd how Todoroki acted earlier on. He was angry about something and he was afraid to let it show. You had sensed that it had something to do with your new friend. Perhaps they knew each other at one point but quite frankly, their issue wasn't any of your business and so you left it as it alone. However, you couldn't help but feel like there was something more and it was all just a matter of how to approach them about it.

You had taken your new friend up on the rooftop of U.A.'s main building. A place you knew was restricted to enter but it was your favorite place to hang out during lunchtime. Not only was it away from the noisy crowd, the view from up there was amazing. So, when you found yourself alone and had lunch with a boy you had recently met, you couldn't help but feel a little nervous.

"This is such a wonderful place, [Name]-chan. Thank you for showing me." he gave you another smile, this time you took notice that whenever he does smile, it never seemed genuine.

"Well, you're welcome to come up here whenever. Just don't tell anyone." you shrugged and began to gather your empty lunch boxes. "It's about time to go back to class..."

Just when you were about to walk away, you felt your arm be violently pulled and caused you to drop all of your belongings. Ichihara had you in a tight hug and for that brief moment you let out an awkward laugh.

"Geez, Ichihara-san. Warn me next time..." you joked. As you tried to pull away from the boy, you found yourself unable to escape his grip. You began to panic and attempted to flail your arms as a way to widen the distance between you two.

"Don't move, [Name]-chan. I like the smell of your shampoo today. Did you change it? I've always like the floral shampoo you use but this fruity one is just as good."

"I-Ichihara-san?"

His sudden change in demeanor frightened you. The softness in his voice was gone and replaced by a familiar, hair-raising tone. His voice caused another memory to flash in your mind, this time it was more frightening.

You found yourself trapped in a nightmare. Ichihara's image was there once again, but much more unnerving than the previous memory you had of him. There was, however, another image that flashed. Someone you knew very well but his' was blurry and unclear but was soothing and it made you feel safe.

"Call me by my name. I want you to call me Kai, I want to hear my name and only my name to pass your lips." his breath tingled the skin on your neck and froze you on the spot.

"No..." you firmly replied, however. You were afraid but you weren't about to show him that.

"No...?" he mimicked, his brows raised but the smirk was still present on his lips. He let out a chuckle. "When did you get so brave? I've missed you so much, you have no idea what I had to do just to get here."

He welcomed your silence with another laugh and the grip he had on you tightened as he began to pull you into a brisk walk. You had to think of something fast, you couldn't just let him take you away. You looked around, the only way out of there was the stairwell or to jump off the building and either option was too risky that you had opted to the one with the smallest risk.

"I don't even know who you are..." you murmured.

"Yes you do..." he coldly answered.

"No, really. I don't remember you..."

"Oh? If that's the case let me remind you. I am Kai...you love me and I love you and you've promised to be mine forever." The sudden smile caught you off guard, almost as if he was a child in a candy store. The glee in his eyes seemed genuine that you almost felt inclined to believe him but deep down, you knew what he said wasn't right.

"K-Kai...right? Please, I'm sure this was all a misunderstanding. I do--" your statement was cut off as he pushed you to the ground. The anger twisted his features and you sensed the area around him shift the slightest bit.

"You just wanted to go back to that asshole! He did this to us! He tore us apart and he's going to do it again! Not anymore...I should have finished what I started that night. I should have killed him over and over and over and over..."

He was rambling again, his gaze wasn't focused on you anymore but the rage was still present, like a madman he continued his tirade. Over and over he swore to kill someone but your attention drifted towards your escape route.

"Come with me, [Name]-chan and I will show you how I deal with pests," he growled as he pulled you up to your feet and dragged you back inside.

Perfect, with a madman walking around in school, the teachers were bound to notice. If you held on a little longer, you can escape him unscathed but your hopes were crushed when he stopped at the top of the stairwell. The door to the roof closed behind you, enveloping the two of you in a brief darkness. When your eyes adjusted, the stairwell was dimly lit from the lights on the bottom floor and you found yourself unable to move.

"I'll have to lure the asshole here and kill him." he murmured to himself as he pulled out your own cell and knew right away he was going to use you as bait. You tried to think who could be in your contacts that he hated so much.

Think...c'mon stupid, think.

You almost thought your mind was going to explode from thinking too hard but another memory flashed in your mind. It was a happy memory, one that you knew was precious to you and yet, you had somehow forgotten. You looked at the Ichihara, he was already chewing on his thumb and was muttering something under his breath.

You tried to focus on the memory. The one that made you feel as if you could take on the world. The image was so close and yet so far away, almost as if you could hear his voice.

I think I'm falling for you...[Name]-chan

The memory from the amusement park caused your eyes to fill with tears. That was the day the two of you finally professed each other's feelings. How could you forget the one boy who made you feel special? Ah, he would never forgive me!

"Shoto-kun...I'm so sorry." the words slipped out of your lips before you knew it. "I remember now...I..." you looked at your captor once again, the fury that had been building up was overflowing and your limbs that were frozen moved as if on their own.

You swung at his face hard, you heard every bones on your knuckles crack as it made contact with the maniac's face.

"You stay away from me!" you raged. " And stay away from SHOTO-KUN!"

The building rumbled as soon as you screamed Todoroki's name. Something behind you exploded and no sooner did it happen, you found yourself being showered with debris. You looked back to see, only to feel hot tears rush down your cheeks. There he was, Todoroki Shoto in all his glory, stood within the gaping hole he created on the wall, wild flames danced around him and he didn't look too happy at all.
