Seventeen

CHAPTER SEVENTEEN 
I woke up to Blake and Ian arguing over who should wake me up. But I did for some reason feel way more exposed then when I went to sleep. I questioned why until I realised my stockings had been taken off me and same with my skirt. Thank fuck a sheet covered the lower half of my body. But knowing both Blake and Ian would have had a good view of my ass when one of them took my clothing off me. 
"Maybe we can get crystal to wake her." Ian said softly. He sounded nervous 
"Or Jewels." Blake added and they both left the room. I sighed and got up grabbing a bag of blood from the fridge going to the bathroom. I stripped from my remaining clothes and climbed in the shower while the bag of blood rested in the sink of hot water. Microwaving the blood messes up the flavour so I prefer to wait that little bit longer for it to warm up. 
"I thought you said she was asleep." I heard crystal say 
"She must have woken up then. Sorry." Blake said softly. 
"Does she know about the party?" Jewels asked 
"She's been asleep all day after she got plastered last night. So no." Ian said before I heard the girls rummage around in my room. 
"Seriously who the fuck owns this many pairs of socks?" I heard crystal say annoyed. 
"Ooh. She listens to you two make her wear this." Jewels said 
"You know she actually doesn't listen to us right?" Blake said in a monotone voice. "She tells us what to do and only does as we ask in public so you all don't question my authority." Blake added 
"I mean you would so anything for a girl you love wouldn't you." Ian said 
"You love her?" I heard crystal question 
"You think we let her abuse the fuck out of us because it's funny?" Blake questioned then and they both laughed. 
"I'm sorry but Gemini was very clear after a week here that she would never be involved with another male again." Jewels said 
"And why is that?" Ian asked
"She never said why." Crystal said. "But She was very bothered by it too. I asked her why and she said it was always the same thing no man is strong enough. Who knows what she meant." Crystal added 
"Anyway we must be going." Jewels said, "Try and get her to wear the dress." She added before I heard the door close. I rolled my eyes climbing out of the shower I dried myself off and wrapped the towel around my body. Being so incredibly hungry my fangs popped out of my mouth when I looked at the bag of blood. I opened it up and instantly started drinking it not savouring the taste at all. I was just starving. 
"Jesus." I heard Blake whisper. 
"You'll have to get over it eventually." I heard Ian whisper back to Blake "she doesn't really have a choice in the matter." He added 
"I know. I'm just thankful she doesn't like people seeing her with blood. I don't think I could stand watching that." Blake whispered 
"You let her bite you last night." Ian pointed out. 
"I meant drinking from a blood bag." Blake clarified "biting me or you I can handle. Blood bags not so much." Blake whispered. 
"I don't know how she does it honestly. Blood bags are disgusting." Ian said softly "cold blood who would enjoy that?" He added 
"You drink them tho." Blake pointed out confused 
"We don't have a choice on school grounds. We aren't allowed to feed from humans without permission." Ian said softly. 
"And you don't want her getting jealous." Blake said sounding amused now. 
"I'm pretty sure Gemini jealous would be worse then Gemini angry." Ian said chuckling. I rolled my eyes at him. He's probably right. I would get jealous if another girl tried to snake her way into either of their beds. Not like I deserve to be there either. I mean. They will never be happy sharing me. I finished the bag of blood and put the packet in the bin before I grabbed the pyjamas that were in the bathroom and pulled them on. I still had a headache and now I'm trying to work out whose blood gave me the headache. Or if it was lose of blood from Ian feeding off me and the few times Blake cut my flesh with his nails and then the whole bleeding my hand to get the Krampus attention. I did lose a bit of blood from that. I walked out of the bathroom and they both looked and me as I just crawled back into bed under the covers away from the light. 
"Are you ok?" Blake asked me 
"I have a headache." I said simply 
"You can't still be hung-over?" Ian said sounding concerned as his footsteps approached the bed. 
"I'm not." I grumbled. 
"Ian." Blake said softly as I felt Blake touch my hand I cut earlier. I didn't move. Not even when Blake undid the bandages. 
"That bastard!" Ian growled angry. 
"What?" I mumbled 
"You used your knife to cut your hand right?" Blake asked. He sounded equally as angry as Ian did. 
"Uh huh." I mumbled. 
"I'll fucking kill him." Ian growled 
"Or you can wait for Gemini to recover and watch her beat the shit out of him. I personally want to see victor be publicly beaten by her." Blake said amused and Ian chucked 
"What the fuck?" I asked annoyed 
"Another love spell." Blake said softly. "This one was designed to be ingested. Cutting up food and eating it. But it's caused a massive infection on you hand which needs to be treated now." Blake said I groaned in annoyance. 
"First term and infirmary 3 times. Lucky me." I grumbled Ian laughed now 
"You aren't training hard enough then." Ian said before I was picked up. I didn't even fight it. "Blake was in the infirmary every day for the first and second term." He added 
"A little too persistent don't you think." I mumbled. 
"No pain no gain isn't they what they say." Blake said with a massive grin. 
"Uh huh." I said sarcastically before just laying semi limp in Ian's arms as he carried me downstairs. Reaching the common room the chatting went silent and I practically played dead because I was embarrassed to be seen so weak 
"What happened?" I heard Dante asked alarmed 
"Victor is trying to put her under a love spell. But it's back fired and hurting her." Blake said and kept walking 
"That's twice now." Jason said angry before we left the common room. I didn't move as Ian carried me downstairs and when we reached the bottom victor greeted us. 
"She's been up there all day what's wrong with her." 
"None of your business." Blake said bluntly as Ian kept walking he didn't even stop for half a second. Five guys obsessed about my safety. Jesus. What the fuck is wrong with these people? I thought before Ian was grabbed and jerked back. The jerk almost caused him to drop me but he held me tighter and I could feel the bruises forming. 
"Get you hand off me." Ian said. The temperature in the room change with his tone of voice and it grew darker and colder. What the fuck? Is Ian doing this? I have heard of some vampires having gifts but seriously!
"Ian." Blake said warningly. "She is shivering so cut it out and get her to the infirmary." Blake added with more authority this time. 
"He isn't going anywhere." Victor said harshly as Ian started walking again. 
"You try and stop him I'll hurt you." Blake said harshly. "Now. Since it's your love potion killing her. Why don't you tell us what you used so saving her life becomes easier? "Blake added 
"It shouldn't hurt her!" Victor snapped 
"A potions designed to be ingested should not go directly into the bloodstream. She cut herself with the knife you tool." Blake said bluntly. "If you actually like her like you say you do then you will also stop trying to spell her and work for her attention just like the rest of us." 
"The rest of you?" Victor asked 
"Me Ian Dante and her ex Jason." Blake said "I'll tell you right now. Between the four of us we all want to beat the shit out of you for hurting her." Blake snapped at him 
"You can't be serious." Victor said angry 
"I'm dead serious. And if you think it's bad enough now. Just wait until the black games. Where every powerful male will see Gemini and want her for himself and every powerful female will want to kill her." Blake added but his voice was than drowned out by the sound of people around me. 
"Why do you like me?" I mumbled. My head rested against Ian's shoulder as I lay there liking the way he smelled. 
"Because when I looked at you everything makes sense." Ian said softly. "Originally yes I didn't like you because you reminded me of a frightened human. But when I saw you that morning for the first time without your glasses. Something changed. I don't know what exactly but the look in your eyes. It's hard to explain. But it just became institutional to be beside you and protect and love you." Ian continued as we approached the infirmary. 
"Really my eyes?" I asked him. He chuckled lightly 
"If you are so smart you would know that most supernatural vampire and werewolves and some shifters could look into the eyes of someone else and instantly fall in love. If you never took your glasses off around Blake or me we probably wouldn't be in this position right now." Ian said. "Or lasts nights positions." He added smirking. 
"Last night is not a topic of conversation ever." I said bluntly. 
"Ok." He said as we walked into the infirmary and he laid me on a bed. I sighed softly just laying there not moving much because my headache was getting worse. I felt someone take my hand and I wasn't too fussed. They were just trying to help me. So I didn't care. 
"This is really bad." A nurse said softly "She is human correct?" She asked 
"Umm Yes." Ian said unsure of how to even answer that question himself. 
"Very strange." The nurse said softly "it's like she has accelerated healing which is causing the infection to worsen." The nurse added. 
"She does have accelerated healing." Ian said softly "not as fast as a vampire or werewolf but more advanced then that of a human." Ian added. She made some noises as she started thinking about what to do. I opened my eyes to look at her and Blake had walked in a piece of paper bunch up in his hand and a busted lip. 
"I got a list of what was used in the love potion." Blake said as he approached us. 
"Can I see?" I asked holding out my good hand. He handed it to me as I looked at it. "That explains the headache." I mumbled. 
"What?" Ian asked 
"I'm mildly allergic to roses." I said simply "I get insane migraines from them." I added. 
"You must be fun on Valentine's Day." The nurse said looking at me. I rolled my eyes 
"I despise the day." I said simply. "And whoever made roses the symbol of Valentine's Day can burn in Hell." I added. Blake and Ian chuckled lightly. 
"That kind of explains why you never came to classes that day." Ian said 
"Yes. I was in my room dying quietly." I said with a smile. 
"Have you ever received any flowers before?" The nurse asked me out of curiosity. I looked at her. 
"Dante sent me a massive bunch of roses on Valentine's Day and I burned them all." I said with a smile as she started treating my hand. 
"Did you at least thank him?" she asked 
"No." I said she looked at me mortified "he stalks me but didn't know I was allergic to roses." I added she looked at me for a moment before turning back to my hand 
"I'll never understand the supernatural." She said shaking her head "or why you have three supernatural obsessed with you." She added 
"It's five and I have no idea why myself." I said as she wrapped a bandage around my hand 
"All done and take these antibiotics. You should start to feel better by tomorrow." She added 
"Thank you." I said with a smile and got up walking away before anyone could stop me 
"You know if you stay in the infirmary you get to skip the mandatory ball." Ian said and I stopped walking. 
"Back to bed I go." I said turning back to the bed I was in 
"Damn I didn't expect that to work." Ian said chuckling. 
"I got my socks and now Luca," I said as Luca ran into the infirmary. "I can stay here all night." I added with a grin before picking Luca up cuddling him. 
"Mostly." Blake said looking at me I looked at him confused 
"Blood." Ian said at my confused looked. 
"Right. I need that stuff." I mumbled. "Ehh. I'll break out later." I said with a smile. 
"What time later?" Blake asked 
"I'm not telling you." I said with my arms crossed "because then I can break into your room a binge watch my TV shows again undisturbed." I added with a grin. They both laughed at me 
"You need a key to do that." Blake said smiling at me 
"I have a key remember." I said with a smirk "I have multiple duplicates just Incase." I added. 
I'll change the locks." He said threatening me 
"Awe would you tho?" I asked oh god. I was flirting now. Ian snickered 
"Yeah Blake would you?" Ian asked 
"I'm going to now." Blake said turning and leaving amused. Ian laughter lightly 
"I'll give you a key." Ian whispered before he winked at me and left. I just rolled my eyes before looking at the nurse she had left the room so I got up and snuck out the window. The infirmary was on the ground floor so I went straight out into the training field. I jogged across the path to the outside of the black tower and using my vampire claws I climbed up the side of the tower. Reaching my room I went inside. I looked at the time 5:30. That ball is in full affect now especially since it just took me 30 minutes to climb the tower. I collected my laptop and headphone going across to Blake and Ian's room I went to unlock the door but he actually did as he said and changed the locks. I chuckled lightly shaking my head. I went back to my room put my stuff in a bag with Luca as well before I slung the bag over my shoulder then climbing out onto the roof. I walked along the rooftop over to the tower and then climbed up a little further to where I make phone calls. Once I was up there I opened the trap door and lowered myself into the bedroom. Obviously it was empty. I let Luca out of my bag and he went to his basket while I got comfortable on the window seat with my laptop watching movies.

I dozed off in Ian's bed because it was closer to the window. But I woke up to Luca growling and I could smell Blake and Ian walk into the room. 
"I told you she would be able to get in even if you change the locks." Ian said laughing quietly. 
"I know Ian." Blake said laughing lightly "I knew she would and I knew she would fall asleep if we didn't get back to catch her. And if she fell asleep she would be in here all night." Blake said sounding proud 
"You set her up." Ian said "nice." He added amused. Blake chuckled lightly 
"She started flirting you know." Blake said as I heard him move around the room. 
"When?" Ian asked 
"In the infirmary. When she asked if I would actually change the locks. That was her flirting and daring me to do so." Blake said softly "Gem doesn't flirt like normal girls. She would dare you to do something stupid or try your patients as a way of flirting." Blake added chuckling. 
"Awe yeah." Ian said softly my headphones were removed from my neck and I heard my laptop close. "Where did you put them blankets?" I heard Ian asked 
"Try the trunk. The pixies are always cleaning up wherever Gem goes. So they probably put them away." Blake said softly. 
"Agh yeah here they are." Ian said softly before my legs were grabbed and I was tucked under the blankets. I shifted slightly feeling a pillow under my hand pulling it closer to me hugging it. "I don't mind her being here but sleeping on the grounds going to get old very quickly." Ian said softly. 
"You said it yourself. She didn't want to talk about what happened last night." Blake said softly 
"And you said she hadn't had sex since she became part wolf because she was worried about hurting someone." Ian said. 
"I made that assumption I could be wrong." Blake said. 
"It seems very plausible tho." Ian said softly "Luca that's my bed." Ian added and Blake chuckled. 
"Put him in bed with Gem." Blake said softly. I felt Luca being placed in bed with me and I just grabbed him hugging him. Luca began to squirm. 
"Stop. You'll wake Gem." Ian said sternly. Luca growled at Ian before he squirms out of my arms and I heard him jump off the bed. "Luca." Ian said annoyed now. 
"Just share the bed with him." Blake said 
"You are kidding right?" Ian said "he bites me when I sit near him or lay near him. He doesn't like to share with me." Ian said 
"Just get in bed with Gem and stop complaining." Blake said simply 
"Seriously?" Ian asked him. 
"I don't mind." Blake said softly. "But next time she shares with me." Blake added. 
"Ok." Ian said softly. "I don't mind" Ian added. 
"Maybe shower first." Blake added with a chuckle 
"Right." Ian said softly and I heard him walk away. The main light was turn off so the only light was coming from the lamp on the table between the two bed and I drifted off to sleep again
