Stan's Pov:

     Entry #4

This week really just hit me the balls and told me to "Suck it up!" To be real with you, whomever is reading this, I think I'm just about done with everything. Kyle, my good friend, told me to get a journal and write my thoughts down. I was against the idea at first, seeing how it was really a sissy move of me to do, but I gave it a try. Looking back at my other entries now, it looks like I was crying for help.

     Sh!t, maybe I was...

My sister, the She-beast herself, just graduated high school and she moved away for college. Granted, I didn't really know she had the grades to go to college in the first place, but that monster relative of mine made it somehow. Don't tell her this, but I was proud.

Now that she was out of the house, I was left alone with my mom, dad and grandpa. Oh yeah, that old man was still alive. I'm just as shocked as you. It was just that... things weren't looking too good for my parents. Dad was just laid off from his job and my mom struggled to find one. Then it turned into late night drinking, keying cars (again), and then the yelling. This happened before, it wasn't like I wasn't used to it. Lately though...

     It felt so different.

I guess I could say that I was worried that maybe things were not going to work out between them. Whenever I stepped inside my house, the atmosphere was just pure negativity, completely different from before. Sure, every household had their own ups and downs, but it seemed like there were more hurdles I had to jump over than walk along the straight path. If that makes any sense.

God, this journal is making me sound like a wuss.

Signed,                                                                                                                                                                                          S. Marsh

     Entry #5

Someone caught me writing here during Lunch and I thought it was one of the guys, the utter embarrassment I'd have to deal if they found out. Luckily, it was not any of them. I want to call it luck, but I also had this weird feeling. It was as if a shiver went down my spine and this suspenseful chill lingered around me. The person who spotted me... was a girl!

Yes, a girl. We all know how I act, but thankfully the book was clear of any nervous vomit.

This girl was different from the others in class, and no, not like that cheesy corny line people use. 'Oh, she's so different from any other girl I met-' Believe me, she was out of the ordinary. Her [styled, colored] hair and [colored] orbs may be the reasons why she stuck out like sore thumb, according to other people but there was something else they did not always note about her.

She was a girl with a few words. Ask anyone, she really says little to nothing. One would think she had to respond to teachers if they called on her, but she had her own way to get her answer across. Whether that may be by heading over to the blackboard and writing her answer, along with her explanation. Sometimes, she would hold up her notebook with the answer scribbled in big letters.

Call me a critic, but her handwriting was not the best.

However, one thing was for sure... she never answered a question incorrectly. Every time she was called on, her answers were right on the money. Knock on wood. Never been a fan of jinxes, so I do not want to mess up her streak.
