Chapter 19

Daksh stopped his car in the parking area of the hospital and moved inside and directly marched in towards Vineet's room but was left confused to find Raunak pacing to and fro outside Vineet's room. Daksh moves towards him and asks in an unlikely manner.

'Raunak.. Aap yahan?' Daksh asked confusedly, a little surprise and dismay by his presence.

Raunak surprised by his sudden arrival,'wo main Ruhana ka wait kar raha tha. Wo andar Vineet ko khila rahi hai na, kal bhi aayi nahi toh socha pick kar loo usse.' Raunak replied with a sweet fake smile. Daksh just nodded and entered inside while Raunak grinned at his back.

'kya baat hai, lagta hai aaj bhagwan bhi mere saath hai. Aacha hua Daksh yahan aa gaya, aab apne bhai ko apne aankho ke samne apni pyari Ruhana ke hatho marta dekhega. Ye toh ek teer se do nishane wali baat ho gayi, ek taraf Vineet marega dusri taraf Daksh Ruhana se nafrat karega!! Waah Raunak you are genius.'' He patted his own shoulder and set down on the chair which was lying outside the room with a wide smile playing on his lips.

As the door open Vineet and Ruhana looked up only to find Daksh entering the ward. Vineet make a sad face gazing at his brother while Daksh looked at him confusedly. He marched towards the bed set down beside Vineet. Vineet instantly wrapped his hands around his arms and put his head on his shoulder, trying to hide himself in his brother protected arms.

This was enough for Daksh to understand that something has happened to Vineet behind his back while Ruhana just stared at them scoring the brothers.

Before Daksh could ask anything, Dr Mathur entered the ward but when he saw Daksh he immediately tirned around to leave the room,

'Dr Mathur!" Daksh called  him.

Dr Mathur bite his tongue and turner, 'jee Dr Shergill!' He responded.

'Mere jaane ke badh kya hua hai?" Daksh inquired straightforward.

'Mujhe kuch nahi pata hai Dr Shergill.' Dr Mathur replied instantly. Daksh gave him a weird look..

'unko sab pata hai, wo jhooth bol rahe hai!' Vineet exclaims glaring at Dr. Mathur through the corner of his eyes.

Dr Mathur eyes widen at his exclamation,
'Vineet aap mujhe kyun ghasit rahe hai bich mei. Mera toh dur dur tak koi wasta nahi hai Inn sab se.'' Dr Mathur instantly clarifies while his mind now wonders how will Daksh react when Vineet will tell him the problem Ruhana caused him and he (Dr. Mathur) didn't come to his rescue.

'Dr Mathur aap kya soch rahe hai? Main aapse kuch puch raha hoon jawab dijiye!" Daksh demanded an answer in a strict tone.

'Dr Shergill mere khayal se Vineet ki zimmedari aap mujhe saup ke gaye the toh kuch puchna ho toh aapko mujh se puchna chahiye naa ki Dr Mathur se!' Ruhana reminded him while shooting him deadly glares.

Daksh gave her a look,''agar aapko pata hai toh aap kis muhurat ki raah dekh rahi hai Dr Ruhana? Tell me kya hua hai?'' Daksh question her in a sarcastic tone.

'Kuch nahi hua hai aapke piche!! Bas aap jo apne khubsurat handwriting mei bakwas likh gaye the uss paper mei, meine usse change kiya aur jo sahi tha wo kiya!" Ruhana replied in the same manner, which only confused Daksh. He stared at her for clarification.

Meanwhile, Vineet parted from him and holds his hand. ''Isne mujhe karele ka juice pilaya, salad khilaya aur lunch mei khichdi khilaya!' Vineet complaint making faces.

Daksh glared at Ruhana with angry gaze.

'Mujhe iss tarah se ghur ke koi faida nahi, main darti nahi hoon. Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha aap aisa kar kaise sakte hai. Ye jante hue ki 'Vineet  ke liye wo sab thik nahi hai fir bhi wahi khila rahe hain, bina ye soche ki kya effect padega uski health pe?'Ruhana almost shouts over Daksh.
