Every morning I wake up from a night of dreaming you
My dreams are of times when you were mine
When we were us
When our eyes were filled with young lust
She was invisible to you but now we have swapped places and in your eyes I no longer exist inside your worldYou've got a new favorite
Why did you tell me you loved me when both know now that could never have been true
Stealing away my innocence then denying every move
That doesn't bother me quite as much as it should
If you had merely fallen out of lust
But what does get to meIs you've got a new favorite
You said I was your only one
Until the end of time
But our time ran out and here I am
You lied about your love
Will you lie to her too
Or is she trulyYour new favorite?
