"He was cute why didn't you talk to him!" Normani says as we enter the elevator to the apartment
We had just got back from a launch party Normani was invited to and of course she tried to set me up with random guys.
"Dude you know I'm bad at that" I say as I push the button for our floor
"He started walking towards you and you ran away" she says
"No! He started charging at me like I was prey and I got scared and escaped" I say
"You're stupid" she laughs
"He could've been a sex trafficker" I say

"Whatever" I laugh as we open the door
"-WHAT DO YOU MEAN THIS WAS ONLY A ONE NIGHT THING!" Some girl yells as we walk inside the apartment
"That's exactly what I mean" Lauren says
"What is-" Normani starts to say
"WHO ARE THEY, YOUR OTHER MIDNIGHT HUMPS!" The girl yells
"You have to be fucking kidding me-" Lauren says putting her hand to her face
"Don't trust her, all she wants to do it get in your pants!" The girl says to us
"Oh my gosh" Normani laughs
"Mani!" I whisper hitting her arm
"This is hilarious" Normani laughs
"What!?" The girl says. "Who are you two!" She screams
"... who are you" I say
"What?" She says
"I'm sorry but did you sleep with that women over there?" I ask
"Yes!" She yells
"What the hell Lauren!" I yell

"I thought you said I was the only one?!" I say
"Wait, she slept with you too?!" The girl says
"I-" Lauren starts to say
"Worst, she's my girlfriend!" I say
"Oh shit" Normani falls to the floor laughing harder
"Oh..." The girl says
"Is oh all you have to say you home wrecking Bitch?" I say
"Yeah I'm just gonna go..." The girl says as she slips towards the door
"Yeah leave Bitch and don't fucking come back!" I yell as she slams the door
"That was amazing" Normani smiles
"Y/n, thank you. They get kinda crazy sometimes" Lauren says
"I bet... maybe if you didn't try to sleep with all of LA, there would no one to get crazy" I say annoyed

"I'm not... what are friends for right" I awkwardly say
"You sound mad at me" she says. "Why do you even care?"
"I don't... goodnight" I say as I walk towards my room
"Goodnight?..." she says
".... yeah I'm just gonna-" Normani starts
"-Goodnight Mani" Lauren says
"Yeah" Normani says as she follows me to my room
