Half my dreams, gave them to you,
Had half a heart to love, you gave me half of yours,
Gave my flowers the colours they needed,
Gave my eyes the sparkle they needed,
Held my hand, when I couldn't even hold myself,
Kissed my forehead, hugged me tight, took arrows people aimed at me to your back,
Gave me healing, you broke the curse that was cast on me,
You showed me the roses when I all saw were thorns,
Lit candles in my bedroom, for me you called the stars,
We danced on the tunes of the summer song, you taught me the steps,
And just like that,
Definitions of infinity changed from forever to 24 hours a day.
