Part 28 A warm souls sorrow

The helicopter had landed smoothly on the damp Helipad.The side doors opened to reveal a teary eyed Napalm and the rest of his team.IQ was waiting for him and was about to run to him for a hug but was instantly denied by Ela.
IQ:"What the hell are you doing?"
Ela:"Napalm isn't...feeling so well."
IQ:"What happened?"
Ela:"He found his cousin in the institute...dead."
IQ covered her mouth and in a instant she ran to find Napalm.

Napalm's emotions right now could only be described as pure anger and sadness.Over the sounds of his quiet sobs was the song Roads untraveled by Linkin Park.The door to the room opened revealing IQ.
IQ:"Nick is everything alright?"
Napalm didn't respond he just slumped his shoulders in defeat.
IQ:"I'm guessing you don't want to talk about it?"
Napalm nodded and titled his head on IQ's shoulder.
Napalm:"She was only 23."
IQ:"Wha-what?"
Napalm:"My cousin she was only 23."
IQ:"Do you want some alone time?"
Napalm:"No please just stay here."
Napalm lies down on his bed and IQ cuddled into his chest.
IQ:"Don't worry I'll stay."
A single tear rolled down Napalm's cheeks and a few minutes later Napalm was asleep with IQ in his arms as well.

Jesus was in the rec room playing ping pong with Thermite.Thermite swung the Patel successfully hitting the ball but he also hit a unsuspecting Ash who opens the door with a file in her hand.
Ash:"OW!"
Thermite:"Sorry I didn't know I would hit you in the head."
Ash:"Uh Anyway we got two new arrivals coming one from delta force and one form the metropolitan police department."
Jesus:"I'm guessing Six assigned us to take care of them?"
Ash:"You guessed it sweetheart."
Thermite:"At what time will they arrive?"
Ash:"In about an hour and here's their profile."
Jesus:"Thanks you could go do whatever you were doing."
Ash:"I'm kicking some recruits asses right now."
Jesus:"I'm what specifically?"
Ash:"See if they can land any shots on me."
Jesus:"Are you trying to get yourself killed?!"
Ash:"Don't worry their using nerf guns that we for some reason have but hey they can't hit you if you don't have a hitbox."*taps forehead*
Jesus:"Ok...I guess I'll see you later?"
Ash:"Bye."
Thermite:"If you don't know she's been doing that ever since she's been hired into rainbow and we've never done anything about it."
Jesus:"Poor recruits."
Thermite:"Holy shit!"
Jesus:"What?"
Thermite:"Dude look at the profile for the delays force operator."
Jesus opened the file to show a blonde haired man in his early 30's.
Jesus:"Whats the problem here?"
Thermite:"This man is Erik Thorne he's a legendary intelligence officer."
Jesus:"That's all?"
Thermite:"And he was born in Boston Massachusetts."
Jesus:"I already love him."

Clash:"Can this helicopter go any fookin faster?"
Maverick:"Hey calm it Wakandan warrior."
Clash:"I don't even look like them."

Maverick:"Told you so."
Clash:"How much longer will we be in the air for?"

Clash grunts as looks put the window waiting for the long ride to be over.
