Chapter 6: Sport's festival

Morning of the sports festival arrived. As every civilian and news cast were at the front gate of u.a, and there was also booths of foods and goods.

You of course were walking around the booths looking at authentic foods that made you pretty hungry.
Should've brought my wallet...I wonder if I should ask yagi.

You came to a booth that were selling takoyaki. By surprise you see mt. Lady, and two other guys you didn't know very well. You knew mt. Lady more cause of your school days together.

"Yu is that...uh you?"
She turns around and hugs you with excitement.
"(y/n) how's it going girl!"
You laugh
"I'm fine, looks like you haven't changed. Personality wise"

She chuckles "well it's seems you've changed A LOT since we departed. I'm a little hurt that you didn't call me up since"
She nudges me playfully
"Ah yeah sorry about that"

You turn to see two men standing awkwardly.
"And you two must be?"
"I'm kamui wood"
"And I'm deathgoro nice to meet ya"
"Well it's nice to meet you I'm (y/n)" you slightly bow in respect.

"We know who you are" kamui said
"We heard about the incident in usj and you were a part of it. You were pretty brave I'll say"
You smiles for that praise.
"Thanks I was just doing my job"
"Do you have a hero name? Cause I don't think I ever heard of you before" kamui asked

You run the back of your head. "Oh uh well...not really, at least not yet I decided on getting My licenses once the festival is over"
Yu (mt. Lady) looked at you with concern
"Why so late? I remembered that you were top 10 in u.a back then" she said.

"Yeah well a lot has happened over the years, but I'll tell you later. Right now I'm craving for some of that at the moment".
You pointed at the takoyaki that the guy was serving.

Yu had a mischievous smirk on her face.
"Well...since were together again, and I know we don't spend much time like this ever. How about we sucker that guy"
You started to get nervous
"Y-you mean...take him for granted" you whispered the last part so the man couldn't hear.

Yu nods
"N-no...I can't"
"Aw c'mon (y/n) we'd do this all the time when we were students"
"That was years ago and I'm a different person now!"
"Just this once please, to be honest (y/n) you were more of the good looking girls so pleeeease"
She whined like some little girl annoying you.

"Fine, but I still think it's wrong"
"Hey better getting free stuff than nothin"
She did a goofy smile, and you couldn't help to smile back. There's reasons why you loved hanging out with her.

You and the three come up to the man selling takoyaki. He sees you four and blushes from looking at you and mt. Lady.
"Oh, mt. Lady!"
She was drooling as she looked at the food. You did too cause they did look pretty good.

"Me and my friend will have no seaweed"
"Two, two right? That'll be 500 yen"
She tugs your dress as a cue. Here goes nothing I guess.
Yu and you pull together to do your signature sensual hug.

"Um...excuse me but we don't have that much on us right now...I'm sorry" you tried acting sexy and cute to your best. It works surprisingly"

"That's hot! It's free!"
"Thanks!" you and yu says, but you try to cover your embarrassment. While kamui and deathgoro just stands there looking at you two with crossed arms.

"Have you two have no pride"
You carry your takoyaki with a sad face.
"I'm sorry" you were sulking while yu was enjoying her food. You walked with the three in the meanwhile before heading to the dome.

"It looks like they called pro heroes from all over the country this year"
"Yeah they really did" you said, until you stopped and went into deep thought.
"(y/n)?" yu said
"I gotta go"

you started to head to the dome where the sports festival was about to take place. For some reason you had the urge to see someone you definitely knew who was gonna be there.

You couldn't wait to see that person.
As you head to the dome, there was so many people and swarm of mass media.

"Hey! How's everyone doing! This year's high school rodeo of adolescence that you love! The u.a sports festival, is about to begin!"
Everyone starts to cheer in excitement.

Meanwhile you were trying to find a seat somewhere.
"Miss (y/n)" a random person calls your name.
"Yes that's me"
"A man has reserved a seat for you up there"

You see yagi sitting down with all the other pro heroes. So you decide to head up there.

"Hello everyone" you said
Everyone says hi to you as you were about take a seat from behind since it was the only seat open for you, thirteen was kind enough to offer there seat to you for you to sit next to your husband.

"You look nervous" you said
"Ah well-"
"Is it about midoriya?"
"Yeah" he sighs
You place you hand on top of his and entwine it.
"You should believe in him, I mean I do"

As class 1-a enters the stadium, more and more classes started coming in. The chief umpire for first year was midnight.

She was in her hero uniform that looked as she's showing too much skin. You couldn't help but laugh on the inside cause she was someone you also hanged with back in the day.
What a bizarre women.

"Representing the students is katsuki baguko from class 1-a!"
Everyone was shocked to realize that baguko is going to go up on stage and speak for the whole class.
As he got up stage, everyone was quiet and waited for what he was about to say.
"I pledge...that I'll be number one" he says casually
"I KNEW HE'D DO THAT"

Everyone got so pissed at his response that it made it even worst for class 1-a now, cause now they made even more enemies in the arena. You on the other hand couldn't help but giggle at what just happened. This kid is something else.
