chapter nineteen

"Mostly my pride.", Romania answered, "but I am fine."
(Y/n) helped Romania up and stood beside him as the dog sniffed her, Luxembourg saw the young woman and was immediately interested.
"Is this (y/n)?", He asked with a kind smile, "I mostly expected a cute little girl, not a beautiful young lady."
The Scandinavian female sensed that this man absolutely radiated with elegance and opulence, she only smiled politely.
She did not know how to take a complement so their effects were mostly lost on her, although she knew they were nice.
Romania nodded, "Da, this is (y/n). Say hello to Luxembourg."
"Hello. It is very nice to meet you.", the silver haired female spoke and held out her hand.
The Luxembourgish man took her hand and kissed the top of it, the soft and quick contact made her heart jump for a second.

Luxembourg smiled gently at her, (y/n) did not know what to do.
"Please come in, I don't often have guests.", the light brown haired male said and motioned for them to come in.
Pelutze trotted in and wagged at the Scandinavian female, (y/n) patted the dog's head.
The male led them to a sitting area, the inside of the home was just as elegant as the outside.
"Your home is beautiful.", The silver haired female spoke.
"Merci.", Luxembourg responded, "but I do not think anything can compare to you."
The female felt a small bit of heat inside her belly, he was definitely doing something to her.
"Did you just flirt?", (Y/N) asked and the two males chuckled.
"Perhaps I did, or I gave you a complement Mäi léift", The light brown haired male responded with a twinkle in his blue-green eyes.

"Do you think you can take care of her Luxembourg?", Romania asked.
"Of course, I am sure we can get along.", Luxembourg answered the Romanian.
The strawberry blond man said his goodbyes and transported himself out, leaving Luxembourg and the female.
"You are fortunate to have caught me on a rest day.", The male smiled, "I'm usually busy."
"With what?", (y/n) asked and petted Pelutze, "if you don't mind me asking?"
"Not at all. I am mostly busy with the work of being a country or some of the human Jobs I have aquired.", the handsome man explained.
"Could I possibly help you in any way?", the silver haired female asked.
She received a chuckle from Luxembourg, "of course."
Pelutze wagged and licked the Female's hand.

"I think Pelutze Likes you.", Luxembourg smiled.
"I like him too.", (y/n) smiled and petted the soft dog, "so cute."
The Luxembourgish man already noticed the dress she had on and its belt that looked like his flag, he knew it was one of Romania's attempts at humor.
A pretty bad attempt.
Although the female looked nice in his colours, the only thing that did not belong was that choker.
The silver haired female was petting the male's dog as he watched her, she looked so happy.
"Have you had anything to eat or drink yet?", Luxembourg asked and held his hand out to the female, she shook her head.
"Then let's go get something.", Luxembourg took her soft hand and pulled her up, "I can show you around."

(Y/n) smiled, "thank you."
"I did promise your father.", Luxembourg smiled, "but now I intend to keep the promise."
The two walked together and shared information about each other, (y/n) held back a bit of information about herself though.
Luxembourg was happy to share about himself, He was an actor sometimes and acted in movies with his dog, he could drink more than many other countries and hold his liquor better, he loved expensive clothing, he was kind and reliable.
He spoke of his older siblings, and some other family members who were also countries.
His cousins Germany, Prussia, and france.
His older brother and sister, Netherlands and Belgium.
The silver haired female held Pelutze's leash as they walked, the happy dog was eager to walk.
Luxembourg had his arm linked into (y/n)'s, the female was so enthralled in looking at the surrounding area that she did not notice that Luxembourg was watching her with a gentle smile.

He found her Childlike curiosity endearing, her expression of pure wonder and happiness made her adorable.
The Luxembourgish male led her to a restaurant that let Pelutze in, they sat down at a table and looked at the menus.
All of the food seemed to be good to the hungry female, she unconsciously gripped her cross.
"Nervous habit?", Luxembourg asked and smiled at her confused look, "you held onto your choker. Is that a nervous habit of yours?"
"J-Ja.", (y/n) answered, "it makes me feel better"
"You will be okay.", The light brown haired male smiled.
"Thank you.", the silver haired female spoke and went back to reading.
The took a bit before knowing what they wanted and ordered.
