It's been a few weeks since the incident with Peter, and Tony still doesn't want the Avengers to meet him. Why? Because he's an overprotective dad that's why.

There have been multiple times when they almost did meet, but Tony made sure that he got Peter out of their sight as soon as possible. Most of the time he didn't even want Peter over when the others were there as well, and Peter doesn't understand why. For all he knows, Tony is embarrassed by him or is growing tired of him. And that's upsetting him.

"Tony?" Steve says without having to look up from his newspaper to know that it's Tony. 

"Hm?"

"When are we going to meet Peter?" Steve turns around on the couch so that he's facing Tony, and it doesn't seem that he wants to answer that question.

"Soon." the elevator door opens but neither of them notices.

"That's what you said 3 weeks ago!" Steve stands up and walks over to Tony towering over him with his arms crossed. "I and the others want to meet Peter face to face." Tony sighs.

"Hello!" both adults jump and turn towards the sound. "I'm Peter." Peter puts his hand out for Steve to shake. Tony sighs, and walks into the kitchen to make himself coffee. That was going to happen someday anyway.

"Where's your metal arm?" Steve asks as he shakes Peters' hand.

"Oh that," Peter pulls his hand away, and takes his backpack off and throws it onto the couch. "that was just a cast. They didn't actually remove my arm and replace with a metal arm, so my actual arm is still intact." he says happily as ever.

"Huh." Neither of them say anything for a while, and Peter starts to get anxious. Then he remembers that he stole Cap's shield.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry" both Tony and Steve look confused at him saying that he's sorry. "for stealing your shield in Germany!" Peters' hands fly up to his mouth. "Please don't hate me, I'm so sorry!" he mumbles through his fingers.

"I'm not mad at you, I certainly don't hate you, and you don't need to be sorry." Steve remover Peters hands from his face. "You're a great kid."

"Then please don't be mad at Mr.Stark for bringing a 15-year-old to fight with you guys." Steve chuckles.

"You should tell that to everybody else, because I'm not mad at him for doing that, but the others are kinda grumpy because of it." Peter sigh in relief and is about to say something when he gets a message on his phone. He quickly jumps over to his bag, finds his phone and opens it to see the message.

"Hey, kid?" Peter hums to show he has Tony's attention. "Whats so much more important than talking to Capsicle?" Peter turns around on the couch.

"Shuri messaged me. She's the princess of Wakanda and her brother is the Black Panther." Tony raises his hand to say something but Peter continues. "We met on Instagram, and now we're like, best friends!" Peter exclaims with his hands.

"You know that it might not be the actual Shuri you know that right?" Tony quickly says. He doesn't like the fact that Peter could possibly be talking to a creepy 50-year-old pedophile posing as Shuri.

"We've talked. A lot. Like, in video calls. Holograms and facetime and skype and all that jazz. Did you think that shes some creepy old guy? Because if you're worried about me talking to old guys then I should probably stay away from Cap and Bucky because they're both like, old. Steve gawks at that. "Oh sorry, I didn't mean for that to offend you."

"It's fine." by now Tony has finished drinking his coffee. Suddenly the elevator opens and this time all three turn towards it.

"We heard that Peter is here, and we wanted to meet him." Natasha states as she exits the elevator first, Clint, Sam, Rhodey, Bucky, Wanda, and Bruce following her. Peter grabs his backpack "Steve! don't let him leave!" instead of leaving he rushes over to them and starts talking.

"Hello, I'm Peter, its very nice to meet you all, why everybody wants to meet me I'm not sure but everybody does so I guess that's nice. Please don't be mad at Tony for letting me fight with you guys, its all my fault so blame me, anyways I promised Shuri I'm gonna call her so I'm gonna go now, bye!" he quickly rushes down the hall to his room.

"What was that?" Sam questions and everybody walks over to Tony and Steve and start to demand answers to all their questions.
