„Projekt zehn ist Start klar. (1)", said a man in white clothes with a large scar on his face in german. He took the file from project ten and opened it. „ Herr Johnson, irgendjemand hat unsere Alien Technologie gefunden. Wir haben heraus gefunden, dass sie sich im Avengers Tower befinden.(2)", a young man at the age of 20 said. The man named George Johnson wasn't satisfied with the new information. How could their alien tech be in the Avengers Tower. He pressed a red button, and spoke into the microphone. „Call every HYDRA agent, we need to take out stuff back. And bring back Sergeant Barnes.", he said with a smirk.
Even thoughMJ admitted to herself that she liked Peter, she still was going to call him Loser. Her thought went back to the sentence that brought her out of reality 'you're beautiful.' . On Wednesday, she sat like always a few seats away from the two best friends at lunch. But she always caught Peter glancing towards her. Taking her book higher, she tried to ignore it, but she failed. She could literally feel the blood rushing into her cheeks, letting her blush.
Peter, on the other side, was happy that he was the reason she blushed. But trying not to glance towards her, he failed. Ned rambled about a new Star was LEGO set from the upcoming movie, but stopped when he saw his friend staring at something or someone else. He followed his gaze, and gasped. "Nononono, Peter stop it.", he said, shaking his hand in front of his friend's face. Peter shook his head, and looked him in the eyes. "Stop what?", "Stop staring at her. Take a grip and ask her out, Peter.", Ned said, taking Peter in surprise. He widened his eyes, not believing what he heard.
"No, I can't.", Peter said, glancing again towards MJ.
"Why not?", Ned said, also looking at MJ.
"That's MJ we're talking about. She would probably reject me.", Peter laid his head on his hands.
"You're so complicated, Peter.", Ned said, shaking his head and took a bite of his sandwich.
After school, Peter went patrolling the city. He felt the cold wind tingling his suit, when he throw his web.
Incoming call from Tony.
"Hey Kid, got time to come upstate?", Tony's voice was heard from the inbuilt phone in the suit.
"I'm on my way.", he swung and turned to the other direction towards the Avengers facility.
Peter Landes in front of the huge building, he didn't bother to change his costume into his civilian clothes, cause Tony came in all his glory, wearing his Ironman suit. He landed next to Peter, and grabbed him by his arms and took off, flying high. Peter realized that they were in the air and began to panic.
"Hey, Kid. What's wrong?", Tony sounded worried.
"It's just... we are so high and..."
"You're scared of heights. Kid you swing with your web in the air.", Tony raised a brow, even though no one could see it, because his face was hidden by the helmet.
"When I swing through the city, I have something to hold on. My webs are safe, I myself made them.", he said, crossing his arms.
"Kid, it's okay. You're safe. You're with me.", the adult tried to calm the boy. "Even though, we're here.", he continued and landed on the platform on the building.
They walked towards the door, while F.R.I.D.A.Y monitored the machines to take the Ironman suit off of Tony. "Sooo, why did you want me to be here?", Peter asked, looking at his mentor. He just smiled and laid his hand on the boy's shoulder. "You'll see."
Inside, was the whole team excluding Thor and Dr. Banner, since they disappeared after the incident in Sokovia. Tony lead Peter to the couch, while Peter took off his mask. Steve Rogers was looking at the billionaire with a not so happy look. "Still can't believe that he's 15.", he whispered, but Peter could hear him, thanks to his advanced hearing. Peter looked at him, raising a brow. "Peter, meet the avengers.", Tony said, and introduced everyone to Peter. Natasha went to Peter and shook his hand. She gave him a small smile, which he replied. Natasha knew that she would like him. Wanda and Vision didn't talk much with him, but they smiled.
Peter knew that this wasn't the only reason why Tony had called him for. He knew that something happened, something bad happened , that they needed his help with. "Mr. Stark, What happened?", he asked, after he knew everyone, even though Ned always talked about them. Said one turned towards the boy, opening his mouth to answer him. "Bucky's gone.", Steve said, before Tony could talk. "Bucky, as in the Winter Soldier?", Peter raised a brow. He remembered that this guy was the one with the cool metal arm. "Does he still have his Vibranium arm?", he asked, his eyes sparkling with amazement. Tony nodded. "Pete, Look. We believe that HYDRA took him. And we need your help to bring him back.", Tony said. "They stole the Alien Tech...", "What?! No, nononono, that's bad. That's really bad.", Peter stood up and walked back and forth. "How? You said, that this was the safest place.", Peter said, now pointing his finger at Tony. Tony hold the kid by his shoulders. "Calm down, kid.", he tried to calm him down, knowing that the others were watching them. "Kid, we need all the help we get, do you understand it.", Steve was now talking, knowing that Tony was still trying to calm the 15 year old down.
After they explained everything to Peter, he had agreed to come the next day to the compound. Tony drove Peter back to his apartment. "Peter?", said one turned his head to the adult. "When we go to the mission and something happens to me, please promise me, that you're not trying to save me.", "what? Why?", Peter exclaimed. Why shouldn't he save him? "Just say that you understand it, Kay?", Peter nodded, slowly. He hoped that something like that won't happen. When they arrived in front of the building, Peter hugged Tony, even though Tony said that he won't hug anyone except Pepper. "You're not going to lose me kid.", the billionaire said, hugging the kid back. "Promise?", "I promise it.", he assured Peter. He looked back to Peter, as he entered the building. Tony shook his head. "This kid lost so many people in his life.", he told himself before driving off to his home. "F.R.I.D.A.Y call Pepper, I need to talk to her.", Tony said, and his AI did what she was told to. "Hey Tony, sorry I can't right Now, call me back later.", "Want to go to dinner with me?", he asked, ignoring what she said seconds ago. When she agreed, he hung up.
Meanwhile, The Winter Soldier sat on the chair, repeating the words. His mind was completely off. "Ich glaube wir haben unsere Waffe zurück, Herr Johnson.(3)", the young man said, while Mr. Johnson was smiling, evilly.
Translation: (1) Project ten is ready. (2) Mr. Johnson, someone found our alien tech. We know that they are at the avengers tower. (3) I believe we have our weapon back, Mr. Johnson.
