Ch. 20 Happy family

(Final chapter)

Eren POV

It was the last month of my "artificial" pregnancy, and it was hectic. I mean Levi was a stressed out mess and don't get me started on myself, I was a ballon about to pop at any second.

But in the end it will all be worth it, we will have the baby that we've been waiting for, a baby that I will get to watch grow up, unlike my other previous, painful pregnancy.

"Hey eren we have the car seat ready right" asked my husband

"Yes, you all ready checked it five times already, calm down hubby it'll all be alright" I said messaging his shoulders

"You're already calling me your husband even though we're not married yet?" He teased

"We're engaged, I mean your going to marry me any way, so might as well start calling you my husband" I said

He rolled his eyes "I just hope that the little princess doesn't turn out a scatterbrained like you" He said

I faked a gasp " you wound me!" I dramatically say

Levi rolled his eyes, and made his way upstairs, this time I rolled my eyes.

"Are you checking on the nursery again?" I asked

"Just one last time" he said

"Oh Lev- ow" there was suddenly a sharp pain in my stomach, hange said that if I ever feel sharp pains, to not worry because it's just the baby moving

"What happened? Are you ok" in seconds Levi was by my side ready to take me to the hospital

"Yeah I'm fine it's just the baby moving, you know... with my insides not being used to carrying life" I said

He sighed "Yes eren I know, just tell me when you feel a bit of pain, and especially if there's is blood" he said

"Yes, yes hubby, you may go check on the nursery for the hundredth time" I said

He glanced at me one last time before going upstairs, a few months earlier we found out the we are having a baby girl... what a coincidence.

At first I was a little hesitant considering what happened last time, I know it would hurt me a lot to have another girl, it still does...

Suddenly the door bell rang 'Hmm, that's odd we weren't expecting anyone'

I looked thought the peep hole, and the only thing I could see was a shaven head, "What the- is that who I think it is" I thought out loud

"Surprise!" I was suddenly hugged by a mysterious force, "Connie?" I asked

"Hey, eren my bro! Long time no see!" He excitedly said

"Connie why are you here?" I asked

"Can't a man come see his old high school bestie? And I see some lucky man has already somehow knocked you up" he said curiously looking at my stomach

I instinctively covered my stomach, "it's a long story" I said as I lean on the door frame

"Well lucky for you I have the time, Sasha is hanging with her friends so I'm free" he said

"Wow you're still together with Sasha, do you have any children together?" I asked

"Nah. We aren't planning to have kids for a while, and plus Sasha says she doesn't want to share her snacks with anymore mouths" he said

I chuckled "sounds like her, well why you don't come in, you could tell me more and meet Levi" I said stepping aside

"Sure thing" he said as he made his way into the house.
