Killian's P.O.V

8:00 AM, I woke and I knew Emma had been awake all night, there was just two hours left for the appointment with the doctor. I wanted the baby to be a boy so Emma could be calm and forget the story of the savior.

"Good morning, how did you sleep last night?" I asked kissing the top of her head.

"Great." She said lying.

"I thought we were not going to lie to each other anymore."

"Why do you ask if you already know the answer?" She asked.

"Don't believe what you read, maybe that stuff were for your mother."

"My name was on the letter." She said looking down.

"We'll find out who left that letter before our baby is born, I promise."

Emma's P.O.V

We were about to see the first ultrasound, I hoped everything was alright. I knew it was too early to know the gender but for the moment I was satisfied knowing the baby was okay.

"It's official, Emma you're pregnant." Dr. Whale said.

"Is everything okay?"

"Your baby has a strong heartbeat."
He said smiling.

"What about the gender?" Killian asked.

"I'm afraid it's too early to know." Dr. Whale replied.

"Bloody hell."

"Hey Killian, it's okay, the important thing is that we have a strong baby."

"I will give you two copies." He said.

"Thank you."

"And that's all? You are no longer worried about the gender?" He asked.

"I'm fine, we are a family...almost."

"I miss Henry too." He said softly.

"I would like to tell him the news."

"You will." He said making me smile.

"I'm so grateful that you're by my side, Killian."

"Always." He said taking my hand to help me get up.

Suddenly we heard a noisy bang and we crouched on the ground, Killian right over me covering my body. A few seconds later the noise was over and we got up.

"What the hell was that?"

"Something happened out there." Killian said worried.

We left the hospital and found the people running from side to side. We tried to ask someone about the bang but everybody was too scared to talk with us. In the middle of all those screams I could hear something about the edge of town. Killian and I got into the car and we went there. There we found my parents, Regina and Leroy.

"What's going on?"

"The limit is cursed... again." Regina said.

"How do you know?"

"Leroy crossed it." Regina answered.

"Leroy? But you are here."

"Cause it's a portal." He said.

"What?"

"It's a portal that remains open." He explained.

"Has anyone entered the town?"

"We don't know yet." Regina replied.

"If the portal remains open... maybe someone else want to get in."

"It isn't good news." Killian added.

"Where does the portal go?" I asked Leroy.

"To the enchanted forest." He replied.
