"Let's hurry up with the repairs. Zarkon could be here at any moment," Shiro said with his arms crossed.

"Okay panel's off, now what?" Hunk asked.

"Very simple. Just loosen the blaxums on the somoflange," Coran said over the coms.

"Could you be more specific?" Hunk asked.

"Sorry, Hunk, he means the poklones on the agroclams," Allura said.

"No, that doesn't help," Hunk sighed.

"Easy, Hunk. I got this," Lance maneuvered around Pidge and pressed some buttons on the platform.

The alarms sounded and red flashing lights flared.

"Uh oh. That can't be good," Lance grimaced.

"Nice going, Tailor," Pidge muttered so no one would hear except him.

"No, not the smalters, the poklones!" Allura shouted.

"No, no! It's the blaxums!" Coran yelled.

"What are you talking about?" Keith asked into the coms.

Pidge pushed Lance aside and pressed a couple more buttons.

Lance watched her work, not understanding how she knew exactly what every button stood for and what order to press them in.

"There, fixed," Pidge said as the alarms stopped.

"Well done, Pidge!" Allura said.

"The tech on this ship never ceases to amaze me. It's so mathematically elegant. Its fit is 100 times more frictionless than any exoskeleton we have on Earth. It's beautiful," Pidge said with a sparkle in her eyes.

Lance stared at her.

"It's not a Sunset, Pidge," Lance said, raising an eyebrow.

"You're right. A billion sunsets just happen everyday. Some genius engineer actually built this," Pidge looked at him.

"Kind of looks like a big delicious curly fry," Hunk shrugged as the platform lowered.

"Woah what are are those?" Lance asked, eyeing something in the distance.

Pidge lifted her head to check out what he was looking at.

While Shiro barked a couple instructions, Lance picked up a glowing ball and tested it in his hand.

"Dare me to hit Keith?" Lance asked Pidge.

"Hey don't include me in your games. You only cause trouble," Pidge scowled.

"Lighten up Pidgey. Watch this," Lance elbowed her.

Lance threw the glowing ball and hit Shiro in the head.

"Our sharpshooter everybody," Pidge rolled her eyes.

"Oh, sorry, Shiro. I was trying to hit Keith," Lance looked away quickly, scratching the back of his neck.
