Next day

"Sultan please try to eat something. You didn't eat anything since yesterday morning" Padmini

"Please aunty I am really not hungry" Sultan

"I won't let you leave here before you eat" Padmini

"But aunty..." Sultan

"No Sultan I won't take no for answer. Sit and eat. I will bring Madhu. She didn't eat anything since yesterday also." Padmini

Padmini dragged Madhu out of her room, forced her to sit and served her food. Madhu didn't say any word. She looked distance from reality. She was as if she wasn't there at all

"Madhu are you ok?" Sultan

"I don't know what's wrong with her since yesterday. I thought she was sad for Meera. But I think there is something else. I asked her many times but she didn't speak at all" Padmini

"I think I know what happened to her" Sultan

"What?" Padmini

"Yesterday after mom had gone. Madhu tried to console me. Rishabh saw us and left from there" Sultan

"What?" Padmini

"I'm really sorry aunty. I was very devastated and I didn't mean to cause any problem to her" Sultan

"It is ok son. I'm sure Rishabh will understand" Padmini

"Madhu please try to eat something" Padmini tried to feed her daughter but she was steady and silent.

They heard knocking on the door

"Excuse me son I will see who is there" Padmini

"No aunty you stay and take care of Madhu I will open the door" Sultan

Sultan opened the door and there was man there

"Yes?" Sultan

"Dr. Madhubala Kundra is here" The man

"Yes. Who are you?" Sultan

"I'm from 3W law firm. I'm asked to deliver her some documents" The man

"She is not feeling well now. I will give her the documents when she is ok" Sultan

"Ok. Please tell her that my client needs her reply as soon as possible" The man

"Can I ask who your client is?" Sultan

"Dr. Rishabh Kundra" The man

"Ok I will give her the documents" Sultan

"Thank you" The man

"Who is it Sultan?" Padmini asked Sultan when he closed the door

Sultan motioned to Padmini come closer to him. Then he whispered to her

"It was a man from law company. He wanted to deliver these documents to Madhu" Sultan

"What? What are these?" Padmini was confused

"I don't know aunty but when I asked him who his client was, he told me Rishabh" Sultan

"OMG." Padmini took the envelope from him and started opening it

"Aunty I think you should give it to Madhu to open it" Sultan

"If this is what we are thinking. She can't handle it" Padmini

"But it is her right to know. Give it to her" Sultan

Padmini got closer to her daughter

"Madhu. There is a man sent this envelope to you" Padmini

Madhu took the envelope from her mother and opened it. She read the papers and got shocked. She dropped the papers on the ground and moved absentmindedly to her room. She ignored her mother calling for her and locked the door

Sultan picked up the papers from floor and read it

"What is it Sultan?" Padmini

"He sent her divorce papers" Sultan

"What? How could he?" Padmini was astonished

Next day

"How Madhu aunty?" Sultan

"She didn't come out from her room since yesterday. I'm so worry about her" Padmini

"Don't worry she will be ok" Sultan

They heard Trishna crying

"Di please open the door. Please di" Trishna

"What is it Trish" Padmini went to her daughter and saw her standing outside Madhu's room and knocking on her door hard

"Di doesn't want to open the door. Tell her to open the door mom" Trishna continued crying

"Your sister is not feeling well. Leave her Trish" Padmini

"But I heard something in her room and she doesn't answer me" Trishna

"What did you hear?" Padmini was worry

"I heard a loud thud." Trishna

Padmini started knocking on the door frantically and shouting

"Madhu open the door" Padmini

"What is it aunty?" Sultan

"She doesn't answer us or open the door Sultan. Break this door" Padmini

Sultan knocked on the door loudly and called for Madhu. But he had no answer from her. He broke the door after he had warned her that he was coming in. He entered the room and Padmini screamed from shock. Madhu's body was on the ground motionlessly. He approached her and carried her body to her bed

"Madhu. Madhu please wake up" Padmini tried to wake her daughter up.

Madhu didn't response at all. Padmini took her phone and called Mohan

"Mohan Ji" Padmini was crying

"What is Padmini Ji? Are you ok? Is Madhu ok?" Mohan was worry

"Madhu is unconscious" Padmini

"What? Why? What happened?" Mohan

"She didn't come out from her room since yesterday and today we broke in her room she was there unconscious" Padmini

"Bring her to the hospital immediately. I'm waiting for you" Mohan

Padmini told Sultan to carry Madhu to her car. The drive took them to Kundra hospital. After Mohan checked on his daughter in-law. He answered Padmini's question

"How is she?" Padmini

"She is ok now. She was just dehydrated. When did she eat last time?" Mohan

"Three days ago" Padmini

"Why? What happened?" Mohan was worry

"Your son happened. He divorced my daughter." Padmini snapped at him

"What? How could he?" Mohan was hurt

"He sent divorce papers to her yesterday" Padmini

"I have to do something. I can't let him do this to himself and her. I have to stop him" Mohan
