Chapter 25 : The Final Battle

A/N: LAST CHAPTER PEOPLE!!

~3rd Person~

Grinning menacingly, Herobrine floated towards the Pack, who glared back at him, standing their ground. Herobrine attempted to strike the Pack with a huge lightning bolt, which was blocked with Jerome's own lightning bolt, the two of them evenly matched. Mitch and Preston ran around the bolts as Mitch summoned 5 obsidian blocks, throwing them at Herobrine, who dodged. Preston, the new target of the obsidian, kicked one of the obsidian blocks at Herobrine while dodging the others. Herobrine punched through the block and flew at Lachlan, his sword at the ready. Lachlan simply side stepped Herobrine's attack just before it hit him and punched Herobrine in the back. Wincing, Herobrine got up and connected his diamond sword with Lachlan's. Jerome, his claws now free, dove at Herobrine, who, disarming Lachlan, turned around to to slice Jerome's cheek open. Jerome flinched at the contact and fell to the ground.

Joining the fight, Vikk tossed Lachlan his sword and attempted to restrain Herobrine to the ground with vines. Herobrine set fire to the vines and swung his sword at Vikk, who was busy healing Jerome's cut. Not realizing that Herobrine was heading at him, Vikk was given a large gash in the stomach. He screamed in pain as he fell to the ground, healing his stomach. Rob flew at Herobrine, punching him in the side. Summoning enchanted diamond swords, Mitch charged at Herobrine with Jerome and Betty by his side. Dodging Betty and the swords, Herobrine wasn't able to completely avoid a blast of water from Lachlan. The force of the water pushed Herobrine back. However before he hit the ground, he grabbed Rob's wing and pulled the surprised man with him. Both of them hit the nether brick floor and winced in pain. Rushing to help Robert, Vikk ran towards the two. Seeing Vikk risk getting hit by Herobrine to help Rob, Preston sent fireball after fireball at Herobrine to distract him. Evading Preston's attacks, Herobrine struck Preston with a lightning bolt. Preston screamed in agony as he was painfully electrocuted. Vikk gasped and pulled Preston close to him with a vine and healed him and Rob at the same time.

Knowing that Vikk was running out on energy, Mitch used a spell to give Vikk the instant healing effect of a potion. As Vikk felt his energy return, he used his vines to try to whip Herobrine, who used his sword to cut the vines. Lachlan sent freezing cold geyser after geyser at Herobrine. Herobrine evaded each and everyone of Lachlan's geysers and kicked Lachlan in the stomach. Now on the floor, Lachlan gasped for breath as Jerome and Sparkz tackled Herobrine. Little Lachy, who couldn't do much due to his large size, whimpered as he spectated the fight. Herobrine shoved both the bacca and the dragon off of him with incredible strength. Diving at Mitch, Herobrine sent blocks of TNT at the Benja. Mitch's eyes widened as he created a magic barrier around him. The barrier reflected some of the TNT, but the barrier, now broken, wasn't able to defend Mitch from two blocks of the TNT. The explosive blocks hit Mitch in the head and chest, knocking him out.

"MITCH!!" Jerome and Vikk yelled. Jerome dove at Herobrine, his sharp teeth bared. Vikk, on the other hand, ran towards Mitch to heal him. Since Lachlan knew that Herobrine would attack Vikk when his guard was down, he too ran over to Mitch and created a shield of packed ice around the three of them. Seeing that Herobrine was about to attack, Rob blew strong winds at Jerome to help him avoid Herobrine, but it was already to late. Herobrine's fist, now flaming, sent in upper cut in Jerome's direction, connecting with Jerome's chin. Jerome fell backwards, the impact of hitting the floor and Herobrine's fist combined knocking him out. Rob flew at Herobrine, but he was soon stuck by lightning, courtesy of his opponent. The ice wall shattered as Lachlan ran at Herobrine to tackle him, while Vikk ran, trying to heal Jerome. Vikk, who was already extremely tired from sharing so much of his energy collapsed while Jerome slowly opened his eyes. Mitch, now awake, helped Jerome up and went to pick up Vikk to get him away from the middle of the fight. Herobrine, knowing that he was winning, held his sword out to stab Lachlan, who couldn't slow down at that point. Just as Lachlan thought that his life was almost over, he was shoved to the side, barely missing the sharp point of Herobrine's sword.
