"Ma, Papa is so annoying!"

Their youngest, Lily Sawyer was stomping her feet in going to her room.

"Oh, anong nangyari?" Maddie asked her husband confusingly as he sat beside her on the couch, "How did her date go?"

Connor rolled his eyes as he took off the dark blue cap he was wearing, "She caught me watching them in a separate table."

She's 16 already. Saka mabait naman si Mason, he seems a fine guy to me."

Their youngest and only daughter was asked by Mason Kennedy, a senior high school student for a dinner date and it was Connor Andres who drove his daughter off in the restaurant.

"Not to me," Pinanlikahan naman siya ng mata nito, "He's not nice, believe me, Maddison Grace. Ako ang coach ng basketball team ng high school nila and that guy, I don't like him."

After playing NBA for almost twenty years, Connor finally decided to retire and became a basketball team coach at their kid's high school. And of course, it was a nightmare for all of their children seeing their 'annoying' father being a coach at their own school. It was horror.

Connor then started massaging her feet, "Before he even asked our daughter out, you would always brag about that kid na magaling siya sa basketball and he will have a huge chance to be drafted for NBA. You're just angry because of his surname." She crossed her arms and raised her eyebrow at him.

Many years had already passed and her husband still couldn't move on about it. Ang tatanda na nga nilang dalawa. Both of them are now in their late 40's.

"Well, yeah! What if kalahi niya 'yung David na 'yun? Tapos mabuntis si Sawyer, may halong Kennedy na ang lahi natin. I don't want any loser's blood! Ang bata pa ni Sawyer para mabuntis, she's a smart kid, tapos--"

Maddison giggled, loud enough to make him stop. Connor frowned at his wife's reaction, "Why are you laughing?"

"It's just that... it's ironic. We had kids when we were teenagers. Saka hindi siya mabubuntis, isang date lang naman iyon. Our daughter is not that kind of girl."

Connor frowned even more, "I got you pregnant and we were not even dating in the first place."

Maddison laughed again. Her husband really looked frustrated so much, "Our children are different. Bakit ka ba nag-iisip ng ganyan? Takot ka ba sa sarili mong multo?" She joked, "Let our daughter do her own things. She's a smart girl, she'll do fine."
