Chapter 19

*IN THE FIRST DOOR TO CLOSE WAS THE DOOR TO THE FAR LEFT CORNER......*

*Harley's POV*

It was dark. Too dark. I opened my eyes and made sure to focus my vision once again. It seems that whatever those tentacles belonged to, I'm now in their domain. It is really empty, like a void or a black hole or something dark and quiet and all you can see is nothing but black. I then turned and saw that Guinevere, Nana and Chang'e was with me. I then moved over and shook Guinevere a little bit, which worked, as she woke up and asked of our location.

I told her that I just woke up the same as her and soon we were all up and started to observe the place.

"Exactly, where in the world are we?" Guinevere asked out loud while using some of her magic spheres to emit some little lights to make us see the room a little more clearly while I simply shrug as the others were silent.

"I don't know, but I don't like the vibe going on in this place." Nana said while Chang'e immediately agreed while they started to hug each other for support.

"Well, since I'm the only grown up here I might as well take the first step." Guinevere said aloud while she started to walk forward, with the rest of us following her and of course I was a little more closure to Guinevere than the others since I'm also a big kid now.

I'm just worried about the others and how they're doing. I know its only been a little while but,

I miss Lesley.

*Narrator's POV*

The heroes and heroines who weren't caught to be stuck in the cursed doors are now currently in the room where The Shadowed Book of Legends was kept and they're all figuring out a plan to escape at the same time free their comrads; or in Tigreal, Lesley, Karina, Zilong and Lancelot's cases- free their friends and their siblings.

"What if we try one of the magic spella in these books- maybe we can find something to set them free?" Miya suggested while both Estes and Alice were against it, saying that it can do more damage than help them in the process.

"What about this room then?" Karina said out loud, making the heroes and heroines' attention now turn towards her as she already went inside the mysterious room that they didn't notice that it was there moments ago.

"We've never been in this place before." Hylos said while they all cautiously entered the room and saw dozens, upon dozens of spell books, potion brewing books and even books that was in different languages.

"Well I'll be shootin' this room is larger than-" Clint said while Martis cuts him off with a glare as he chuckled and apologized as Eudora stepped in and she was examining one of the books. She was about to open it when she barely touched the cover, the book started to glow shades of violet and white and it levitated as Eudora steps back a little making her friends a little alarmed.

"What the-?!" Argus exclaimed out loud while the rest of them backed up a little bit while the book was continue to levitate and glow different shades of violet and white.

"What in the abyss did you do?!" Gord asked aloud while Eudora explained what happened as the others were still staring at it with caution when all of a sudden, the room was like a tight box now as all possible exit routes were now closed shut and the book began to produce water, causing the whole room to be flooded. The water escalated quickly, causing Tigreal and the others to find a high spot in the room to keep them dry, but the waters were already rising fast, so they all thought of the same thing
