Lissy- "Uggghhh when are they going to get here"? I asked annoyed
Dad- "They said they should be here in 5 minutes"
Lissy- "What's taking them so long"
Dad- "They are not taking a long time Allyssa"
Lissy- But we have been waiting here for like 30 minutes"
Dad- "We only been here for 5 minutes Allyssa"
Lissy- "But it feels like we have been here much longer"
Dad- "Stop the complaining Allyssa"
Lissy- "whatever"
Dad- "Excuse me"?
Lissy- "Nothing"
Dad- "And as reminder behave"
Lissy- "I will"
Dad- "You better or else"
Lissy- "Why do grandma, Mary and aunt deb have to come"?
Dad- "We havent seen them in long time and they want to see you again. Besides you like Mary"
Lissy- "Yeah because she is cool"
Dad- "Allyssa"
Lissy- "What"?
Dad- "Change the attitude"
Lissy- "I'm not doing anything"
-2 minutes passed by-
Lissy- "Are they here yet"?
Dad- "No they are not here yet"
Lissy- "Ugghh" I sat down and went on my phone. Then I hear my aunt, grandma and Mary saying hi to my Dad. I don't bother looking up. Then my Dad clears his throat but I didn't respond. He does it again but I don't respond again.
Dad- I cleared my throat two times but she doesn't respond. I lean into her ear and say sternly "Get off your phone, stand up, look up and say hi"
Lissy- "Hi" I said but not standing or looking up
Dad- "Allyssa" I said sternly
Lissy- "What"? I said still looking at my phone
Dad- "Say hi"
Lissy- "I did" I replied
Aunt Deb- "Steve honey we will grab our bags we will be right back."
Grandma Doris- "I will go with her"
Mary- "Me too"
Steve/Dad- "Okay. We will catch up with you guys in a minute" I said as they left. Then I look down where my daughter was sitting.
Lissy- "What"? I said as I finally looked up at him looked. And boy does my Dad look mad or angrt. Can't decided. All I can say it isn't nice.

Lissy- "Ugghhh...fine"
Dad- "You are walking on very thin ice. So I highly recommend that you change that attitude of yours right now unless you want to be grounded"
Lissy- "Yes Sir"
