Dad- "Lissy"
Lissy- "Hmmmm"? I said not looking up from the where I was sitting crisscross applesauce on the couch watching tv.
Dad- "Lissy"? I said a bit louder
Lissy- "Yeah"? I said again not listening a word from my Dad
Dad- "Allyssa" I said more firmly and I snapped my fingers
Lissy- "What"?
Dad- "Can you please go wash the dishes like I asked an hour ago"
Lissy- "I said I would do them"
Dad- "And I would like them done now"
Lissy- "Sure" I said still watching tv
Dad- I grabbed the remote and turned off the tv
Lissy- "Hey! I was watching tv"
Dad- "Well now you are going to do the dishes"
Lissy- "But..."
Dad- "Now Lissy"
Lissy- "Fine" I said as I got up and went into the kitchen
Dad- "And lose the attitude"
Lissy- "K"
Dad- "Excuse me"?
Lissy- "Yes Sir"
Dad- "Done with the dishes already"? I asked as I walked into her room
Lissy- "Yeah" I said as I looked up from my phone
Dad- I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. But when I walked in the dishes weren't done. "Lissy come here please"!
Lissy- "Little bit busy"
Dad- "Now Allyssa"
Lissy- "Coming"

Dad- "How come I see dishes in the sink"?
Lissy- "I......uhhh"
Dad- "I'm going to ask again and you better tell me the truth or so help me. Did you do the dishes"?
Lissy- "No"
Dad- "Excuse me"?
Lissy- "No Sir"
Dad- "Why did you lie to me"?
Lissy- "I didn't want to do it"
Dad- "Well then do them. And you better do them"
Lissy- "Yes Sir"
Dad- "After you are done you are to sweep the kitchen and the dinning area"
Lissy- "Why"?
Dad- "For you lying to me about doing the dishes"
Lissy- "But"
Dad- "Not buts about it Allyssa"
