(y/n)'s POV
"Alright, (y/n), your mission for today...is to go to Konoha-"
"What?!" I accidentally yell, cutting off Pein.
"-To learn more about the kyuubi." Pein finishes.
I look to the side and start to think, wondering who the kyuubi is.
"It's Naruto." I hear a deep voice whisper in my ear.
I jump and look over, seeing Itachi next to me. He makes no emotion as my eyes continue to grow.
"I-I completely forgot about him!" I yelp, staring into the shadows.
"Pein! I can't attack Naruto!" I scream.
"Obviously you can't..Tobi, mind helping her?" Pein asks.
"Yes! Tobi would be glad to take (y/n)~chan to Konoha!" Tobi yells, making everyone hold their ears.
"Ugh.. Good." Pein nods, slowly taking his hands off of his ears.
"Do I really have to?" I ask slowly, motioning towards Tobi.
I hear a gasp escape from Tobi as I watch Pein nod. I groan and back away, turning around and walking out of the shadows.
"C'mon Tobi." I growl, disappearing.
Tobi follows me, and we both make our way back to our home village.
"So, you excited to see some old friends?" I ask, putting my anbu mask on.
"Oh..can't wait." I hear Obito grumble.
I glance over at him and cock my head.
"What?" I question, staring at the orange mask.
"Nothing." Obito growls.
I pout and continue staring at the mask, almost tripping over a root.
"If you're getting all grumpy because of Kakashi, let me remind you that you kid napped me." I say, continuing my pout.
"I didn't kill you." Obito says back.
"Yes, but how many times have I almost died from everyone else?" I ask, trying to make a point.
"You're fine." Obito growls, glaring at me.
I quickly put my hands up, trying to defend myself.
"Calm down, Uchiha!" I yelp, almost stopping my walk.
Obito stays silent, walking ahead. I growl under my breath and slowly follow behind him.
"At least Kakashi isn't still jealous." I grumble, crossing my arms.
I keep my eyes closed and let out another growl.
"He's also not starting a war just because his old crush is dead." I growl, opening an eye.
"She wasn't my crush." Obito says aloud.
I suddenly burst out in laughter, causing Obito to jump.
"That's a funny joke!" I laugh, holding my stomach and almost dropping my mask.
"Hn..I'm kind of disappointed to say that you were my crush." Obito sighs.
I suddenly appear next Obito, wrapping an arm around his shoulders.
"Ah, yes. But you know you love me~" I laugh.
"Did you not catch that I said 'were'?" Obito asks, glancing at me.
"You're lying to yourself." I let go of him, pulling my mask up slightly, only showing my mouth.
I notice Obito quickly look over at me, and then back to wherever he was looking before.
"Listen, we won't attack anything, but we do have to keep close watch, even if that means intense stalking." Obito says, his voice suddenly sending a shiver down my spine.
"So, nothing new for you?" I laugh nervously.
"Hmph..I could say the same for you." Obito snickers.
"I was a creepy kid, alright!" I pout.
"You still are~"
I glare at the Uchiha and grumble something under my breath.
"Oh look, we're here!!" Obito says loudly, changing back to the Tobi voice.
