Chapter 4

"I thought we'd win 'cause the ones controlling Kimmy and Claude were obviously fighting for MVP. But turns out I was wrong." Natalia said while the heroes nodded.

"Actually I was surprised that Gwen's team can defend THAT much." Kimmy said as she put her jet pack and her invention away and plopped down to the couch.

"That's my sister-in-law you're talking, of course she's going to be a major surprise!" Odette said while hugging Guinevere while the others laugh and some chuckled. Just then there was a letter sent to the ten heroes who participated from the battle earlier. It was said there that the battle they did was invalid and a player has gone AFK and to dealt with serious consequences.

The heroes and heroines all groaned and complain all about the players' behavior these days. Claude informed them that he had another game with Lancelot and Aldous and decided to leave early while the other heroines and some heroes who doesn't have a game or was banned just headed back to the barracks near where the battlefield is to relax and breathe for a bit. Just as their day got the bad news, Vexana and Alice called all the heroines who doesn't have a game towards their room for a little meeting.

"Hey girls, what's with the sudden meeting all about?" Lesley curiously asked while she and Odette walked in along with Rafaela and Lolita.

"Alright, the reason why we huddled all of you here is because me and Vexana were wondering if any of you would like to help us with a certain ship we have been watching for quite some time." Alice said while playfully smirking at Veaxana.

"We're going to set Guinevere and Granger up for a date?" Nana excitedly burted out loud in a questioning manner while she and Lolita squealed excitedly causing the others to cover their ears while smiling at them.

"Wait, what if Guinevere refuses? That or protective brother Lnacelot might ruin it." Layla asked while Rafaela told her that she already got that cover while she, Vexana and Alice were eyeing towards Odette.

"Alright, I'll talk to him and see what I can do to convince him to finally allow his sister to date someone. But fair warning, no one crosses with Lance especially if it involves these 'sibling' talks." Odette adimittedly said while the heroines were silent for a moment until Miya snapped her fingers while saying 'aha!' in the process which got the heroines look at her questionably.

"What is it Miya?" Hanabi asked.

"What if we lure the both of them through a fake hang out? I could get Alucard and hopefully the other heroes for this plan to work thou." Miya suggested while the heroines all looked at each other and all agreed.

Alice then volunteered that she would get Thamuz and the others and have a meeting in the other unused common room as to not raise any suspicion from both Guinevere and Granger.

The heroines agreed and soon after some time, while Granger and Guinevere were in a game along with the other heroes and heroines, of course Lolita was included by that so the heroines spreaded the word towards Karina and the others- excluding Guinevere of course- and soon the whole common room was full as Rafaela then locked the doors and Fanny closed the windows and the curtains.

"Alright girls, this better be more important than our routinely work outs." Gatotkaca said while his arms were crossed.

"Don't worry Gatot, we'll get to the point why we asked you to be here." Alice said re assuringly.

"Yea, I was about to ask of all places why the unused common room. I mean, aside from the fact that we only use this place for game night but aside from that, why here?" Harith asked, with him sitting beside Nana and they're both in between Alucard and Miya as well as Freya and Lancelot.

"We want to set you and Guinevere up." Rafaela straightforwardly said as pointing at Granger who was surprised by this and of course Nana and Chang'e, now with them along with Karina, Natalia and Esmeralda, were struggling to prevent themselves from squealing, but failed.

"I thought you girls would never asked, me and Alucard were always teasing Granger whenever we're on duty!" Harith admittedly said while Granger just gave him a glare.

"Well why didn't you let Guinevere in this meeting and you let me in this." Granger suddenly asked while keeping an expressionless face but on the inside he was freaking out as to how in the world is he going to approach Guinevere.

"That's part of the plan; you're here because we all have thought that you're going to surprise Guinevere by taking her on a date." Layla said while she and some of the other heroines sighed dreamily while Granger just groaned.

"What's wrong Granger-kun, don't you like Guinevere-san?" Hanabi asked while Granger shook her head.

"It's not that I don't like her. I just," Granger sighed in frustration but nonetheless continued on.

"I don't know how to express how I feel towards her." He said embarrassingly looking away making them all understand him and his more than usual grumpy attitude.

"Don't worry Granger-kun, I think we can help you with your little problem." Hanzo offered while all the heroines agreed with him and some of the heroes nodded their heads.

"The boys will help you on how to court Guinevere and you have a huge advantage 'cause Lancelot can also tell you what to do and not to do towards her." Odette said while giving him a re-assuring smile.

"Alright, then it's settled. The first phase is done, now it's time for the planning of their date spot." Miya said while Vexana and Rafaela quickly got their globes and mirror phones and quickly have a presentation ready for them which got the heroes and heroines shockingly looked at both of them.

"You two really prepared this moment didn't you." Argus said while playfully smirking at Rafaela who was making a playful face and went on with the meeting.

"Hey, Gwen do you have a moment?" Lesley asked while getting Guinevere's attention, which it worked, and she went over to Lesley.

"Hey Lesley, what'd you call me for?" She asked while Lesley told her that they'll be having a little girls hangout two days from now at night and of course she agreed to the meet up, which was at the gazebo in the garden at the Dawn manor.

Meanwhile the heroes were in their common room and announced to the heroes who weren't with the meet up a while back because they're in their respective battles and now Granger is sitting there while Alucard and the others gave some tips and advices on how to court and how to date for the first time.

"I'm not sure Guinevere is a type of person to be like those you've describe." Granger said while Lancelot agreed with him.

"That's because Guinevere was never the type of girl to receive flowers or chocolate or any cliché or sweet things for that matter." Lancelot said while Argus and Alucard groaned in annoyance.

"Then what does Guinevere-san like, Lancelot-kun?" Hayabusa asked while his tone being subtle but a little annoyed as they've found out from Lance that she doesn't like flowers, chocolates or even stuffed toys gifted to her when on a first date.

"Guinevere like those little trinkets you would make. She doesn't care how much money you spend or how beautiful or how grand the gift is. As long as it's not from the heart then she won't accept it. That or if you're only doing it because of 'selfish' reasons which we all know too well." He explained while earning a few nods from some of the heroes.

"I think I know now what I should give her on our date." Granger thoughtfully said out loud to which all the heroes asked him 'what' but he just ignored them and told that it's going to be a secret.

"Alright, moving on. What are you going to wear on your date then?" Lancelot asked him while Granger stared blankly at him.

"I thought I could just o in my clothes now." He blankly said while his friends in the common room all said 'no' at the same time to which he sighed in his mind.

'It's going to be a long day....' Was on the last thought on his mind before Gusion, Alucard and Lancelot all got their wardrobes from their shared room with Odette, Lesley and Miya respectively and since Granger would fit their clothes sizes.
