Day Of The Moon Pt. 1

Start from the beginning

"What are you waiting for?" Rory asks.

"I'm waiting for you to run. It'd look better if I shot you while you're running. Then again, looks aren't everything" Canton shoots Rory.

*Cell*

Body bags are dragged into the completed dwarf star alloy cell.

"Is there a reason you're doing this?" {Y/N} asks.

"I want you two to know where you stand."

"In a cell," the Doctor says.

"In the perfect cell. Nothing can penetrate these walls. Not a sound, not a radio wave, not the tiniest particle of anything" Canton closes the door when the soldiers leave. It vanishes. There is a palm print panel near where it should be "In here, you're literally cut off from the rest of the universe. So, I guess they can't hear us, right?"

"Good work, Canton. Door sealed?" {Y/N} asks.

"You bet" the Doctor and {Y/N} shake off their shackles and strait-jackets. The body bags sit up, gasping for breath.

"Are you ok?" the Doctor asks opening the one with Rory inside while {Y/N} opens the one with Amy inside.

"Finally," Amy says.

"These things could really do with air holes," Rory says.

"Never had a complaint before."

"Isn't it going to look odd that you're staying in here with us?"

"Odd, but not alarming. They know there's no way out of this place."

"Exactly. Whatever they might think we're doing in here, they know we're not going anywhere, the Doctor slumps to his right, and leans against the TARDIS. {Y/N} snaps her fingers to open the door.

"Shall we?" she asks.

"What about Doctor Song? She dove off a rooftop."

"Don't worry. She does that. Amy, Rory, open all the doors to the swimming pool" River turns into a dive and plummets through the TARDIS' open door where it is parked on the side of the skyscraper. There is a big splash.

"So, we know they're everywhere. Not just a landing party, an occupying force, and they 'have been here a very, very long time. But nobody knows that, because no one can remember them" the Doctor says.

"So, what are they up to?"

"No idea. But the good news is, we've got a secret weapon."

*Kennedy Space Centre*

A Saturn V rocket is on the launch pad nearby.

"Apollo 11's your secret weapon?" River asks.

"No, no. It's not Apollo 11. That would be silly. It's Neil Armstrong's foot" {Y/N} says, River looks at her.

*Time skip*

It is a dark and stormy night when a car drives up to the Graystark Hall Orphanage.

"In just a few days, mankind will set foot on the Moon for the first time. Today, the President reaffirmed America's commitment."

"Ready. Check" Canton says, Amy looks at her palm. No tally marks.

"Clear" Amy replies, Canton looks at his palm.

"Clear" earlier, the Doctor has injected something into Canton's palm "ow!"

"Ha. So, three months. What have we found out?" {Y/N} asks.

"Well, they are everywhere. Every state in America. Ahh" Rory says, he'd just got his injection.
