Daniel released me from his hug, when I calmed down.
"Come on, I'll take you home," he said as he got up and grabbed my hand.
"No, I'll take you home. You're sick," I said.
"(y/n), we talked about this. Come on, don't be stubborn," he said.
Again, I gave in. When we went outside, it was pouring rain. I didn't bring an umbrella, because it's troublesome. But then Daniel pulled out his umbrella and covered us as we walked to my house.
When we arrived, I just realized that Daniel was drenched.
"We used an umbrella, but why are you still ..." I paused when I saw that the umbrella was tilted so much towards me.
"Why did you ..." I paused again when I saw he was blushing.
"Here. Take the umbrella. Don't get sick. See ya!" he said before he ran away leaving my confused self.
Third person P.O.V

Daniel:
Did something bad happened between you and (y/n)?
Minhyun Hyung:
Something bad? What do you mean?
Daniel:
I don't know. She cried
Minhyun Hyung:
Hmmm. She didn't cry because of me. Something else happened when we went back to school
Daniel:
What happened?
Minhyun Hyung:
I'm sorry I can't tell you. You should ask her
Daniel:
Hhh. Alright. I'll ask her tomorrow
Minhyun Hyung:
And Daniel. (y/n) and I are just friends. We both feel better that way
Daniel:
What actually happened? You're making me worry
Minhyun Hyung:
Nothing. We're fine. I just think that you should know that we're just friends

"What? Why?" Daniel wondered.

"Damn it! I got a flu," Daniel said sniffing. Then he suddenly smiled when he remember, "So, they're just friends," he giggled. "Wait, Daniel, why are you happy about it?" he asked himself.
End of Third person P.O.V
I was contemplating all night about what happened earlier. I wasn't sure what to do, so I ended up just texting Daniel a good night.
The next morning, I saw Pamela was crying alone in the classroom when I came in.
"Hey, what happened?" I asked.
She didn't answer. Then I saw a crumpled paper on her hand, and I took it from her. My eyes grew wide when I read the content, it's a sexual letter directed to Pamela.
"Judging from her reaction, I don't think it's from someone that she likes," I said in my mind.
"Tell me, who did this?" I asked, because I couldn't find a name. The sender only described himself in a very graphic and disturbing way at the end of the letter.
"Kang Dongho," she said softly while sobbing. Then she told me that it happened a lot when she first came into the school. But it stopped once she was selected to Jojo's gang.
"So that's why she's so devoted to her," I said in my mind.
"You're still in the gang, right? Then why are you getting it again?" I asked.
"I don't know. I already told Jojo about this, and she said that she'll take care of it for me," she said.
Somehow I found something was off about the whole thing. But, I didn't know what.
"First, I need to know about this Kang Dongho guy," I said in my mind.
I asked Minhyun about Kang Dongho at recess.
"He's the guy who was with you when I found you yesterday," he explained.
"The cocky and annoying guy?" I asked.
"Yes. He's the gang leader of the popular guys in senior class. So he's not one to mess with," he explained.
"He's the popular guys gang, but why is he acting like a jerk? So different with you guys," I asked.
"Well, actually I used to be part of his gang," he confessed. "But something happened and I had to stay longer in junior class then we drifted apart," he continued.
"Ah, so that's why he called you old friend that day. Well, I'm glad that you're not part of his gang anymore. The kids in your gang now are so much better," I said.
"Yeah. I like my gang now, but Dongho was my best friend. He used to be a really nice person, but he changed after what happened," he said.
He was gloomy. That was the first time that I saw him sad, so I apologized for saying bad things about his best friend.
"Oh, in case you're wondering, Daniel is sick. That's why he didn't come to school today," he said suddenly.
I didn't even notice that Daniel didn't come to school, because I was too work up about what happened with Pamela.
Third person P.O.V
"Oooh, it's so boring. I'm not even that sick. Why Mom doesn't let me out," Daniel said. His mom locked him in his room to be fully rested, because yesterday he came back soaking wet so that he caught a cold.
KNOCK KNOCK
"Come in," Daniel said without looking at the door.
Then he heard the door was opened then closed, but it was still silent after that. He found it strange because his Mom usually nagged once she came in.
"What is it Mo ..." he gasped when he saw you in his room.
A/N: I'm sorry Kang Dongho and guys. I personally think that he's nice and soft AF, but I suddenly thought of him when I think of the gang leader's character. Please don't be hurt or mad, and I'm really sorry if you do. I love you. Peace.
