The Doctor and {Y/N} climb down a ladder and start feeling the walls.

"Can't be" {Y/N} mutters, she scans it with her screwdriver. There is a glass of water on the floor, the Doctor gets down looking at it. A woman is wearing a mask, the Doctor looks over at the women.

"The impossible truth in a glass of water. Not many people see it. But you do, don't you, Doctor?"

"You know me?" the Doctor asks.

"Keep your voice down. They're everywhere. Tell me what you see in the glass."

"Who says I see anything?"

"Don't waste time. At the marketplace, you placed a glass of water on the floor, looked at it, then came straight here to the engine room. Why?" {Y/N} looks down at her sonic screwdriver reading it.

"No engine vibration on deck. Ship this size, engine this big, you'd feel it. The water would move. So, I thought I'd take a look. It doesn't make sense" the Doctor says shaking his head "these power couplings, they're not connected. Look. Look, they're dummies, see? And behind this wall, nothing. It's hollow. If I didn't know better, I'd say there was..."

"No engine at all" {Y/N} and the women say.

"But it's working. This ship is traveling through space. I saw it" the Doctor says.

"The impossible truth, Doctor. We're traveling among the stars in a spaceship that could never fly."

"How?" {Y/N} asks.

"I don't know. There's a darkness at the heart of this nation. It threatens every one of us. Help us, Doctor and {Y/N}. You're our only hope. Your friend is safe. This will take you to her. Now go, quickly!" she hands over a tracking device and turns to leave.

"Who are you? How do we find you again?"

"I am Liz Ten, and I will find you."

*Time skip*

The Doctor and {Y/N} see Mandy is waiting outside a room, the two Time Lords bounce in to see Amy standing at a set of monitors.

"Listen to me. This isn't a trick. This is for real."

"Amy?" the Doctor asks.

"You've got to find the Doctor and {Y/N}" Amy turns off the message.

"What have you done?" the Doctor mutters, he then scans a device in the ceiling.

"Yeah, your basic memory wipe job. Must have erased about twenty minutes" {Y/N} says.

"But why would I choose to forget?" Amy asks.

"Because everyone does. Everyone chooses the Forget button" Mandy says.

"Did you?" {Y/N} asks.

"I'm not eligible to vote yet. I'm twelve. Any time after you're sixteen, you're allowed to the see the film and make your choice. And then once every five years" Mandy explains.

"And once every five years, everyone chooses to forget what they've learned. Democracy in action" the Doctor says.

"How do you not know about this? Are you Scottish too?" Mandy asks looking at the Doctor and {Y/N}.

"Oh, we're way worse than Scottish. We can't even see the movie. Won't play for us" {Y/N} says hands on her hips.

"It played for me," Amy says.

"The difference being the computer doesn't accept us as human" the Doctor says.

"Why not? You two look human" Amy says.
