Nyo! America x Superhero! Reader- The Red Kiss

She chuckled. Giving a high kick, they were sent flying to the wall. The one with the red eyes dodged her attack and pulled out her switch knife.

"Such a waste, a girl like you with that power." Lunging, she stuck out her knife.

Y/n dodged, before grabbing her arm, and flipped her over. Two more of the gang grabbed her from behind, trying to stab her, punch her, and rip her off from the red-eyed one.

Now focused, Y/n used her special moves, consisting of less showy, more concentrated punches, knee slams, and legwork.

It was more difficult than usual, considering there were twice as many guys, all armed with knives, batons, and even guns. Gunshots echoed along with computerized grunts and bone-cracking.

Soon enough, the criminals were on the floor, unconscious or groaning. Lots of ribs were broken, lots of teeth missing.

Y/n wiped the stray streak of blood from her mask and tried to gain her footing, before hearing someone behind her.

"Red Kiss? Ohmygodisthatyou?!"

Y/n turned and saw Amelia.

She ran up to her and engulfed the exhausted heroine in a bear hug super tightly. "Omg, omg, omg!!! I'm finally meeting the number one hero!!!"

Hearing her say that made Y/n's cheeks warm up. Unconsciously, she lifted her hand to cover her cheeks, despite wearing a mask. "H-Hey there, fellow citizen."

Amelia's blue eyes seemed to illuminate the dark alleyway. "You know, a friend told me that if I ever saw you, it was to give you these gifts I got you! She said you also love your fans, and although I don't know how much of it's true, I know I can count on her!"

Heart beating quicker, she tried not to hyperventilate. "A-ah, is that so?"

It was the American's girl turn to turn red. "Yeah. She's my best friend in the world. Y/n's like the stars, so amazing like, she's such a hero like you! She's so kind to everyone, she doesn't get mad when I babble about you and other heroes! She's super helpful and super kind, even when I'm acting like an idiot."

"You're not an idiot."

There was a pause, as Amelia stared, unblinking. That was something Y/n would say... Then, she began to get giddy. If Red Kiss was like y/n, then Red Kiss and Amelia were sure to be total besties!

"I've only met you for like, three seconds, but can I be honest? I think we're besties!"

"Yeah, you know me."

Amelia was slightly confused. "Yeah, I do know you, you're big news-"

"Not like that, I mean I know on a personal level," She cut her off, her gloved hand over her mask. "If you mean all of that, then..." She pulled her porcelain mask off carefully. "I love you, Amelia Jones."

"Y-Y/n?"

Y/n held her breath, before blurting out quickly, "Amelia, I know you're probably really, really, really mad at me right now, but I couldn't tell you until I told you I loved-"

Something silenced her. A pair of lips, on hers. Her crush kissed with passion, as she felt her tears roll down.

Stunned, the heroine stood frozen. When the h/c girl came back to her senses that yes, this was real, and not a dream, she kissed back.

"Y/n," Amelia pulled away. "I love you and Red Kiss so much. Why would I be mad? This is the best thing since the Declaration of Independence!"

Smiling dorkily, Y/n hugged her. "Soooo, does that mean a date tonight?"

"No, it means we're official as hell."

In the distance, police sirens rang, closer and closer.

Y/n pulled back. "Hold on, I got to handle this real quick."

"Of course," Amelia smiled, holding Y/n's mask up. "Red Kiss."

Amelia's POV

Watching the T.V. I grin. Here I am, the luckiest girl alive to be cuddling with the true side of the infamous hero, Red Kiss.

Months later after Y/n reveals to me that she's my idol, we've been dating, and now are engaged. I can't believe it, that I'm lucky enough to be engaged to the number one hero in the whole, wide world, but I'm not complaining.

Speaking of heroes...

"Hey, baby?" I call, looking down at Y/n.

She looks up and smiles. "Yes?"

"What if I became a superhero?"

Grinning, she nods vigorously. "Hells yeah, we can fight together as the power lesbian couple!"

I grin back, and add, "Like Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn?"

"Hells yeah."

"You're my superhero," I whisper.

"You're the superhero of my heart." Y/n says cheesily, before leaning in.

Our faces meet, and our lips lock. They lock in a kiss. A Red Kiss.

Poison Ivy + Harley Quinn- Although I can't say I've read comics about the duo, I love them as a couple for heroes- (super villains??) And plus, a good majority of the DC Comics fandom likes the ship, so that's why I included it in here. More or less a lesbian power couple.
