It has been years since Y/n and Monika Beilschmidt have known each other, however, it was their first Christmas together as a couple.

Dating a couple of months ago, she was quite the party planner and loved prepping things way early for the holiday, so as the two started dating, Y/n kept a special eye on something that her German girlfriend would like.

Every time the two went shopping, she couldn't really tell what Monika actually wanted, since she'd just let her do all the shopping.

The blonde was a sporty girl, but since all of her friends were coming over, Y/n knew they'd all get her some Nike's or Adidas merch, or anything sport-related.

It wouldn't be a gift if t wasn't special. That left her to come to her own devices. What was she gonna get her?

First instinct, she thought, "How about some cute decorations for her room?" But surprisingly, for someone that dressed so simple, Monika's room was stuffed with decorations. Still, she managed to keep it neat. Y/n wanted to give something she didn't get a chance to buy often, something special.

Then, a great idea popped into her mind.

Y/n had three weeks before Christmas, so she decided to get her some cute underwear! Of all the times Y/n did their laundry, Y/n didn't see a single bra that wasn't a sports bra, no did she notice any fancy undies.

That would end when Christmas came and Y/n was determined to fill that quota.

When her girlfriend was showering, she had to hurriedly check her bra size.

A challenge since she was stupidly fast at showering, which wasn't big of a surprise, considering she'd been in the army. Time was everything!

So with her collected information, she went out shopping at the mall by herself while Monika was training with her friends.

"Hey, babe?" She called out.

She turned to you, her striking blue eyes softening at the sight of Y/n. "Yes?"

"I need to go Christmas shopping for decorations!" She half-lied, not wanting to spoil the surprise.

"Ja, go ahead my Liebling*." She nodded.

Y/n kissed her cheek, before quickly getting into her car. The mall would be her first destination.

She walked into Victoria's Secret, and she blushed. What were you going to do? She had Monika's size written down, but who was she supposed to ask for help?

Oh, wait, the employees, duh!

A nice lady came up to her with a smile. "Do you need help?"

Nodding, Y/n handed her the paper with the size written on it and laughed nervously. "It's for uh, someone I care about, but I don't really know where I'd find her size. This is my first time here."

The lady nodded. "Understandable, let's see, oh! Lucky you, we've got tons of bras and underwear in this size! It'll be in the far corner, and if you buy a set, you'll get twenty percent off!"

Wow, what a bargain! Y/n beamed. Monika would certainly approve of this splurge.

She leans in and whispers. "So maybe you could get a pair yourself so and your girlfriend could match." Winking, she left to help another customer.

Y/n blushed vermillion red and walked over to the far corner the saleswoman talked about. Gasping at the sight of so many gorgeous bras and underwear, in so many gorgeous colors.
