Period feels

"Love? Love, nakita mo ba ung milk ni Andr—"

I saw my two boys, already curled up in bed, sleeping.

"Di na ko hinintay... Ano bang gagawin ko?"

"Love?"

He woke up then carefully took himself out of his place.

"I thought you were asleep."

"Had to put him to bed."

"Love, Kelan tyo aalis papuntang Spain?

"Bukas. We're spending 3 days at each country."

"Wow. I never thought I could go to those places. Dati pangarap ko lang un eh."

"Well... I'll make sure all your dreams come true. I love you, Maine. Love na love."

"I love you too. Love na love na love na love."

"Pakiss nga!"

"Without hesitation, I kissed him on the lips.

"Nabitin ako."

"Talaga ba? Gawa na tayo ng Baby kapatid ni Andrew?"

"Baliw! Matulog ka na nga."

"Bilis na, Love..."

"Eh... Next time na lang, Love."

The next day...

"Love, gising na po... Aalis na tayo papuntang Spain."

"Pumunta ka mag-isa mo."

That was quite shocking.

"Love? Okay ka lang?"

"Sa tingin mo okay lang ako?"

She sarcastically asked.

"Love, what's wrong with you?"

"Pwede Tumahimik ka na lang? Ang Ingay Eh."

She stood up then took a shower. I started packing her bags, my bags, and Andrew's. Then she came out after a few minutes, wearing a turtle-neck shirt, and leggings.

"Tapos na ba? Tara na."

She carried Andrew, and carried the other two bags.

"Love, May iche-check lang ako sa kwarto ulit. Wait lang."

"Bilisan mo! Bakit kasi hindi mo pa inayos ng Mabuti Eh."

I ran towards the room, but cannot find what I was looking for. I went to the bathroom, and saw it. I was taken aback when I saw a napkin on the trash can. No wonder Maine was acting a bit sarcastic lately. She had her period. I ran back to the door then we went on.

3 hours later...

We arrived at the airport after two hours. We're just waiting for our flight to Spain. All of a sudden, I had dysmenorrhea. I placed Andrew gently on the sit beside me as I took the water from my bag, then took a pain reliever medicine. Alden came back from the CR and sat beside me.

"Masakit pa Tyan mo?"

"Y-Yes. How did you know?"

"I saw some evidence in the bathroom earlier. No wonder you've been acting sarcastic and weird lately.

"Have I? Oh my gosh."

I covered my mouth.

"Was I too much, Love? Please tell me."

"Love, it's okay. You have your period today, that's given.

Then our flight was called. We walked, hands together, with me carrying Andrew.We sat on their seats then waited for the other passengers to settle. Alden took a chance to take a selfie with his family.

"Tinidora! Tidora! Eto na ung news!"

Pinanood namin ung balita.

"Ang ating Pambansang Bae, Alden Richards, nawawala nga ba? O baka naman nagbabakasyon lang? Eto ang Chika ni Lhasa Santiago."

"Matagal na hindi nagparamdam si Alden sa GMA o sa ibang shows. Kagahapon lamang, nagpost ang Pambansang Bae sa Instagram na May picture ni Phenomenal Star Maine Mendoza at ang anak nito. May caption pang 'Kahit saan pa ako dalhin sa mundo, Basta kasama ko kayo, buo na ako.' Tila nagpapahinga ang Pambansang Bae kasama ang kanyang mag-ina. Back to you, Iya."
