Riker's POV

It's been 4 days since Serena's accident and today is her birthday.The doctors say that they're giving her a medicine that is a stimulus so she can wake up but nothing until now.I wake up and go check on Penelope.She has been very strong for a 3 years old girl that has the possibility of losing her mom.She has been handling this better than me sometimes,she's strong like her mom.She's awake looking at a album.Photos from us.I sit next to her and put her in my lap.I look down at the photo she's looking.It's a photo from the wedding.Serena was especially gorgeous and it was just the best day of my life.

Penelope:Mowwy's birthday is today.

Riker:I know,honey.

Penelope:I think she'll wake up today so she can pay her promise

Riker:Her promise?

Penelope:She said she'll never spend a birthday away from me...and she won't let me down.It's not like mowwy's style let me down

Riker:I hope you're right...Now go take a shower and get dress...you'll meet your brother today

Penelope:I know.I'm very excited for that

Riker:Me too...I will call your auntie to help you out

Penelope:Okway

I sit her in bed again and kiss her in the cheek.I get down stairs and Rydel and Ellington are having breakfast.They've been staying here helping me out and I sincerely don't know what I'd do without then.

Rydel:Penelope is up?

Riker:Yes...she's waiting for you to take a shower

Rydel:I'll go help her

She gets up and goes upstairs.I sit in the table in front of Ellington.I put some coffee on a cup and drink a little

Ellington:You know that you have to eat

Riker:I'm not hungry

Ellington:C'mon,Riker! Serena wouldn't like to see you like this besides you have to be strong for Penelope and Alexander

I nod at him and eat some cake that are in the big table.

Ellington:I got a call from Dr.Paseparovic

Riker:And what did he say?

Ellington:He said after last medicine shot,she moved her hands

Riker:She moved her hands?!

Ellington:Yes...the doctor said she can be up anytime.

Riker:Awesome...It's gonna be good for her and Penelope the visit today

Ellington:It'll...Everybody will be there today because you know...it's her day.

Riker:I know...I miss her,Ell.That bed feels so empty without her and everything surrounding me feels unreal without her

Ellington:I feel the same...I need her for so many things right now

Riker:What's up? She'd want me to help and I wanna help

Ellington:I...I think your sister is pregnant but she's afraid to tell me and I don't know why

Riker:Why would you think she's pregnant?

Ellington:She was sick during the tour,remember? Vomiting every morning and now she woke up really early to vomit but when I ask her,she says she was checking on Nelly

Riker:Well,Serena would say to you confront her and ask her if she's pregnant...she'd say to not keep any doubts inside of you and I agree with her

Ellington:You make a good impression of Serena...Thanks,Rik

We finish our breakfast and change.I pick my cars key and everybody gets in the car.Penelope is super excited to meet Alexander and see Serena.I drive to the hospital and when I got there,paparazzi are all over the place.The security team is there.I leave the car letting the key inside and pick Penelope up.She putts her head on my shoulder trying to cover the flashes and the 4 of us get in the hospital.Everyone is waiting there,we go straight to Serena's room.She's still the same as last night and the night before.But she has a little bit more of life in her face.Penelope sits next to her and picks something from inside her little purse.It's a box.The box that the doctor gave me with the jewelry that Serena was wearing that day.

Penelope:Mowwy...when I asked you why you wear the same rings and necklaces...you said this because they represent the person you love like the birds tattoo...so I thought I could put on you on your birthday the things that represent your love...I hope you like it

She picks the engagement ring and the wedding ringer and putts on Serena's finger than she picks the necklace I gave Serena and putts on Serena.I feel a tear getting down my face.I look around and see that everybody is crying too.I never thought that she'd remember that this jewelry means so much for Serena.Dr.Matilda gets in the room and whisper to me that is time for Serena's medicines.I nod at her.I know what that means.It's time for the doctors be alone with Serena.I go to Nelly and sit next to her.

Riker:Nelly...wanna meet Alexander now?

Penelope:Yes...

She kisses Serena's cheek and I pick her up.We all leave the room and go to where the baby's stay.We look thorough the mirror and I point Alexander to her

Penelope:That's my brother?

Riker:Yes...that's Alexander

Penelope:He looks like mowwy

Riker:Yeah,he does.

I get inside the room with her and she holds Alexander hands.Almost like protecting him from something.We stay there for hours.It was 7 pm when I asked Kylie to give something to Penelope eat before checking on Serena so we could leave.I went alone to Serena's room and set next to her holding her hands

Riker:Penelope met Alexander...they have a bounding thing,you know...you'll love to see how they act like siblings...Everyone misses you and wishes you Happy Birthday...and by the way,Ell has a problem with Delly.Woman are complicated...you'd understand...Well,before leaving,I wanna say good night and happy birthday,babe...I love you

I put head in her stomach almost looking for comfort.We stay like that for some minutes when I fell a hand rubbing my hair.I look up to see the big blue kinda green eyes I fell in love with...she was up,Serena was up

Riker:Serena?

Serena:I love you too
