Hey there!! It's Holly here with an unusual authors note!
Almost three years later it amazes me that there are still people who read and enjoy this. I owe so much of my progress as a writer to these characters, Melissa and Chris are the most developed and fleshed out characters I've ever made and still probably my favorites.
When I started writing the Cyanide series I was in seventh grade (I think?) and this year I graduate high school. This all means so much to me as a writer and a person in general. Despite how I stopped writing this around my sophomore year and have pretty much left Wattpad completely since then, every couple of months I get an email notification about a comment on one of these stories and it makes me smile.
I've made the decision to publish the rest of this book, every Friday there will be a new chapter up for you all. I know not nearly as many people read this as once did, but I know that there are still people here. I probably should've followed through when I made this offer almost a year ago but 2020 just needed a lil something extra I guess.
Same as last chapter says, this book isn't good. It's full of plot holes, cliches and all the messy shit that I thought was cool four years ago. I'll edit chapters for basic grammar and spelling stuff but I don't intend on putting anything more than that into it.
I wrote the rest of this back in 2017 and there's a total of thirty chapters. Hopefully I can start getting them out next week. I appreciate the years of support I've gotten on these books and characters, they meant a lot to middle school me and still mean a lot to me now as a senior.
My offer still stands that if you don't want to read my shitty eighth grade writing you can message me and I'll tell you how things go. Thank you all so much!
comment I guess? lol thanks again
