taehyung walked down the hallways of school, it was a short class till his korean class but he was taking his time
he heard some girls screaming while seeing each other and taehyung flinched involuntarily
you saw your friend yesterday. stop screaming, goddammit, taehyung wanted to shout at them but he kept quiet, passing them and pulling his hood down farther
"tae!" he heard a voice of his friend, jimin, bubbly idiot who always hugged everyone and knew literally everyone at school
jimin skipped forward and extended his hands, to hug taehyung of course, taehyung leaned away from him, not letting jimin hug him
this was the first time taehyung denied jimin a hug, taehyung was always a bubbly idiot number two when it came to their friendship
startled jimin stepped back, his eyes filing with confusion
"t-tae? what's wrong?" he asked, his eyes widening, he's so cute
"sorry jimin... c-could you leave me alone for today?" taehyung whispered and looked down, he couldn't look jimin straight in the eyes
"o-of course, but what happened? are you okay?"
"i just- please, don't bring it up" taehyung was about to snap at him but he restrained himself and asked jimin for a favor instead
"i don't know what's wrong tae, and if you won't tell me i won't know" jimin said in honey like voice and patted taehyung's shoulder gently before walking away
"what can be wrong with him?" jimin spoke out loud, murmuring those words but no one could hear him
taehyung looked up, no sign of anyone he knew, he knew a lot of people at school, much like jimin, everyone knew bubbly vmin group
but today was different, something had happened and taehyung didn't want to see or hear anyone, it was too painful to watch people at the moment
taehyung blindly walked along and opened the door to his classroom, but he accidentally stepped into the wrong room and caught a glimpse of jungkook in the front seat
great, he's having a shitty existence and now he is seeing his crush... what else is there?
"sorry, wrong class" he apologized and walked out, closing the door behind him carefully
he walked to his real class now and sat down in his assigned seat, he hated it, hated being in the front
he always liked it but one incident can change anything, right?
