I wanted to talk to you two this morning because of what happened last night my mother said

"Yeah you invited the Moreill for some apparent reason and I wanna know why." an irritated Frediano said

"I'm getting to that son but before i say anything need both of you to understand and respect my decision."

"OK" Dahlia and Frediano said in unison

"After your father's death i've been really lonely......."

Dahlia shook her head in confusion and said "You've been keeping this a secret from both of us 4 months why?"

Suddenly Frediano sprung out of his chair in anger and yelled "You've been fucking with Joe and his family for months knowing what they've done to me in the past and on top they want what you're so called dead husband OUR FATHER DIED FOR AND YOU TELLING US YOUR OPENING YOUR LEGS FOR THAT BASTARD.DAD WOULD BE TURNING OVER IN HIS GRAVE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!

Immediately as soon as Frediano said that he felt an instant stinging sensation across his face
Elena got up from her chair and slapped him with Dahlia gasping

Yelling but Practically screaming she couldn't believe what he had said to her she roared in anger
DON'T YOU EVER AND I MEAN EVER TALK TO ME AND RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME AGAIN, I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOUR FATHER HE GAVE ME YOU AND DAHLIA. SO WHAT FREDIANO YOU DON'T WANT ME TO BE HAPPY? IT'S NOT LIKE I'M MARRYING JOE TOMORROW, HE TREATED ME WELL AFTER YOUR FATHER DIED AND HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I CAN LOVE ANOTHER HUMAN BEING BESIDES YOU TWO AND YOU KNOW DAMN WELL JOE WILL NEVER COMPARE TO THE LOVE I HAD FOR YOUR FATHER !

Fredanio looking at her like she lost mind and then some he said to her

You still think it's about you, he wants what we have, what my father has built this territory and pasted it onto me and I'll be damned if him or his bastard son take that away or anyone else for that matter.

Calming down Elena was still a little heated looked at Frediano whos head was turned to side barely looking at her

"Son look at me" twisting his head to look at her in the eyes she said
"They don't want what is yours or your father,Joe loves me for me and not what you have, Giovani respects me, Dahlia and especially you . At the end of the day Frediano you may not like me dating Joe but you need to respect me and my decision and that's all I have to say."

With tears down her face she sits down looking at Frediano in disappointment
Dahlia still not saying a word gets up from her chair and consoles her mother and sweetly says "I may not like it mom but it's whatever makes you happy."

Looking at both Dahlia and his mother he gets up and leaves without saying a word to neither of them

Emmy Pov

The past week has been truly wonderful visiting a couple of museums all of the them really beautiful and artistic hopefully one day one of my paintings can go to some museum. Waking up in my hotel room I really miss my parents and my best friend. Monica and I have been best friends since we were 5 years old having no siblings she is the closest thing to.Being my cousin on my mother's side she is my ride or die, missing her I use the hotel's wifi to FaceTime Monica on my IPad. When she picks up after the third ring she has the biggest smile on her face screaming in joy she says
"Hey girl what's up I miss you so much"
Speaking back I say
"I miss you I'm doing great Florence is gorgeous the scenery is to die for I wish you were here"

"Hopefully by the middle of August I can come for a week, Actually looking at looking your glowing, you finally got some dick? I heard Italian men do it well."

"Monica!!! I screamed laughing at her comments I continued
First I've only been here for a week
Two you know I'm waiting for that special someone so don't play me."

Yes I'm a virgin it's not like I'm saving myself till marriage but I am waiting for the right man.

"Ok girl shoot being a sweet little virgin is cute and all I respect it." Monica spoke

"Honestly Monica, someone caught my eye I said." to her

"Shit girl who?"said Monica Eager for me to finish

"This man was fine as hell Monica blue eyes and had a beard and I don't even know his name."

"Mmmm I bet he is cute, where did you meet this guy at?"

"I saw him at the Gallery I went to a couple days ago ,We've only spoke for a minute I caught him staring at me till he walked up told me I was beautiful he also asked for my name and I told then ran away from him."

"Why the hell would you do that?" Monica questioned

I don't know I was nervous and you know me I don't trust anyone.

Yeah yeah whatever Monica said I've got to go now but make sure you call me every week and one more question before I go what hotel are you staying at?

"Oh I'm staying at the Clinton-Benza Hotel it's so nice here the food is delicious. Ok love you hopefully you can come in August you have two months to save so get going" I said jokingly

"Ok Emerald love you too bye."

"Bye Monica."

After our long conversation I changed into my pink long dress with my black flip flops putting my curly hair into a high bun. Ready start my morning I head to the elevator going to eat breakfast at the hotel's cafe area. While eating my butter croissant with strawberry jelly and a French vanilla cappuccino a man in a navy blue suit comes up to me and says
"hello again bella"

Oh my god I thought to myself it's him.
