Chapter 32: In The Dark

"Ayan. You're welcome by the way, princess." Naguluhan ako sa kaniyang tinawag sa akin.

"Princess? Weh." Palihim Kong pinaikot ang mata. Parang kailan lang nuong kinidnap niya ako.

"Yep. You're my princess."

"Share mo lang."

"Tss."

The mage invited me to the dining hall as he lead me the way there. Nang marating ang destinasyon, agad dumapo ang tingin ko sa mga pagkain na nakalapag. Nanubig tuloy ang bagang ko.

"Upo ka." The mage said as he offered me a seat. I realized we are not only the mages in the dining room. There was a man with a luxurious crown, sitting straight and looking powerful.

What the shet?

Agad akong napatitig sa mata nito na nakatitig din pala sa akin. At sa di malamang rason ay nadarama ko ang matinding kaligayahan at parang nabuo ang ilang piyesa ng puso kong wasak. I never met this man but he's existence isn't a stranger to me.

"Is she my daughter, Mr. Phiro?" Maotoridad ang boses nito, pag nagtatanong, patay ka kung di mo sasagutin.

Daughter? Are they pertaining to me?

"Yes, your highness."

"My princess...." he said casually, not looking at me but in the food in the table. Prinsesa niya yung table?

Omygod!

Napalingon ako kay Keith na sumesenyas na rumesponde ako. Naguguluhan man ay nagsalita ako.

"A-ako po b-ba?" Kinakabahan Kong tanong, anxiety attack kumbaga. Malay ko, hindi pala ako ang tinutukoy nito.

"Yes." Parang Mahal ang salitang binibi
tawan nito. "Eat. We'll talk later." Utos niya, back with being boss again.

Tango lang ang responde ko at nagsimulang ngumuya. "Princess Jamaica, he is King Gabriel, Dark Dimension's current king." Pakilala ni Keith sa lalaki.

"Ahh..." sarado.

Lumipas ang mahabang minuto at natapos na kaming kumain. Halos hindi ko rin nagalaw ang pagkain dahil sa nerbyos na nararamdaman.

"Follow me, dear."

Agad akong tumalima. Para akong maamo na magandang tuta habang nakasunod sa Dark Dimension's current King.

"Bakit po?" Kinakabahan Kong tanong nang makaabot kami sa destinasyon. Nakatalikod ito at agad akong napaigtad nang bigla itong humarap at sinalubong ako ng mainit na yakap.

"M-my princess.... my daughter..." Gone the authority and strong man. What I see now is a father, hugging her child and that child is... me. I can feel it!

"D-daughter?" The word "shock" filled my system while feeling confused on what is he saying.

"Y-yes.. you're my child." Without authority, he replied. His voice was so soft that I couldn't control myself to hug him back.

I can feel warm liquid on my shoulder. This man is making me cry in so much pain and sympathy. No one did ever made me feel so important that they have to hug and look at me with so much sympathy--- which this man in front of me doing and this man just happens to be my 'father'.

"P-pano? B-bakit?"

My mind went blank and all I could ask is how and why. I'm super ultra mega shock with the data I earned today, and I have a father?

"P-papa..." nakangiti akong umiiyak. 8 never felt this happy for my 17 years of existence. Only today. That type of happiness that makes your heart melt.

"My princess, Dark King's Princess... my most precious person. I love you, princess." Naramdaman ko ang paghalik nito sa nuo ko.

"S-si mama? S-saan si mama?" Napatigil ito sa pagyakap sa akin at naramdaman ko ang bahagya nitong panginginig. His eyes watered and filled with sadness and loneliness.
